Cascading Waterfall Scarf or Infinity Scarf Pattern by YarnWars

- This scarf is a blast guys! I am still working up the one in the video, but I love how quickly I am getting through it. You will love it too! I just know it!
This scarf will add that finishing touch to your daily ensemble, and with only 1 row to remember, you will get through this project in a snap!
EDIT:
I made a mistake within the first few rows of this pattern on video. It's not difficult to see, but in the 4th row, I missed the 2nd dc just before the final dc of that row.
I use a J 6mm hook in the video with a 4 weight yarn. Starting chain of 17.
Pattern Repeat: (Add in increments of 2 ch to foundation to grow width.)
Working over the first 2 stitches, yarn over, go up and through the front loop of the 1st stitch then down and through the front loop of the 2nd stitch, yarn over, pull through both stitches, yarn over pull through 2, yarn over pull through 2 for a dc, work a dc into the small space created before that dc you just made.
Repeat the above process between the **, work a dc into the last stitch remaining.

This'll be lovely going into Fall; but versatile for any season. 🍁I almost ordered more of the LB Jeans yarn (Top Stitch being my favorite color); but decided to behave and work through my stash instead!

Hehehe. At 26:46 into the video you missed the last DC in the "hole" before you did the final DC in the very last stitch. It probably messed up your total stitch count too. I love the pattern. I'm so glad there are people (designers) like you who are adventurous to work up new stitches. I am definately NOT one of them, but I sure love to learn them!! Thank you so much for making them "free"!
Hi Colleen, I love this cascading waterfall stitch. I bought the last ball of Lionbrand jeans in the colour stone wash. It's turning out beautifully!! This stitch is pretty fun thank you so much. I was told by my mother when you make a mistake - it's called a special detail :). I call the first stitch a triple crochet and the second one going in the little hole is a double crochet....Perhaps Im doing it wrong...LOL..
I love this stitch and the look it gives the scarf/cowl! I do NOT have any Mandala Yarn handy but I had just bought a skein of Red Heart Unforgettable in "Stained Glass" color so I'll see how that comes out!
But in my stash I also found a ball of Mandala Ombre in the "Happy" shade, so NOW I'm wondering which of the 2 to use? Hmmmmm??

If I am not mistaken you missed a stitch on the first row of the pattern. There is a gap that you can see. I love this pattern and will be making these in both a worsted and summer weight yarn. Thanks for posting. I am so glad k found your channel.
I think you did not do a stitch in the hole you Pinter out specifically to watch for.❤️ The pattern. That is a great color on you.

Row 4(second to last row you did on camera) you skipped the second to last stitch(the second DC on the last 2DC stitch where you're supposed to go back in the little hole). I have no idea if I explained that properly.... 😅 I could give you the exact time stamp but that would ruin the fun for everyone else 🤣🤣🤣
