Looks delicious Kat. Can you do a lao spring rolls video? I don't think there's one out there that has the cook pork skin and the bomb filling. The filling consist of the fried pork skin? I'm not to sure, but it's out of this world. There's one lao restaurant I know that offers it, but they've been long gone closed and I can't find anywhere else that does it. Thank you. Thanks for watching! As for the coriander powder, I harvest the seeds after the seeds have dried up then I roast them for that roasted aroma smell and blend it up until it's powdery. 🙂
