Ginger Rogers "Professional Sweetheart" End Scenes

Back at home, or soon to be home, at RKO, Ginger had a 3 movie deal with a long term option. In the first movie, RKO gave Ginger the perfect vehicle to highlight all her talents, and top billing, in "Professional Sweetheart". While Ginger shines throughout this movie, this is the 4th of 4 special scenes. In the first scene, Ginger is an orphan who has made it big, a national star, on
the Ipsey Wipsey Radio Hour. The only problem, for Ginger, is that she is the
"Purity Girl", and her contract has her trapped, a prisoner, not allowed to enjoy any night life, date, even choose what she eats. It was time to renew her contract, which included suffocating restrictions, and she blew her top. In the second scene, to calm her down they arrange a marriage to Foster, a fan, and she does like him. We see her sweet lonely side. In the great 3rd scene, Foster escapes the clutches of the two competing sponsors and takers Ginger back to his cabin in Kentucky, when she thought they were
honeymooning in Atlantic City, and again Ginger is furious and lashes out. Now, in this scene, Ipsey Wipsey public relations man McHugh finds Ginger and tries to bring her back to the show. He is surprised how Ginger has changed.
