Hi! I have a cbf125 2015 and I recently crashed, I’m looking to replace the headlight fairing with some kind of cafe racer style type one. I don’t know what to get and if I need to keep the same speedo bracket. please can you spare some knowledge 🙏 thank you
i would advise against it tbh, the cbr is not worth much when modified to a street fighter and hard to sell, better to buy parts and repair to OEM spec, or let me know if you want to sell it
@@shadyjosh5 it’s the cbf, I’m just finding it really hard to source parts :/ I’m missing one front/side fairing and also the headlight fairing, do you know where to look please? I will also consider selling the bike, the damage is only cosmetic
Is it the 2015-2020 Honda GLR125/CB125F or the 2009-2014 CBF125? The 09-14 CBF125 is hard to find fairings for, but I do have a couple of complete fairing sets I might sell@@evuii9685
Does anyone know where the earth cable goes to it's connected to the starter motor but I have no idea where it connects to there's no manuals online or pictures
The earth cable connects at engine end to the 10mm bolt which holds on the starter motor and at the other end it connect to the negative terminal for the battery
recently got in a accident on my cbr500 and my forks look exactly the same lol, i bought used ones but the fork seals are leaking could i do what you did and slip the bottom of my forks and slip them on to the straight fork tube
Helped me out very well, needed new forks just today 😅

This one I made about £500

in every video i watch they disassemble the whole fork😭
yes that would work or change the fork seals it’s the same process. While forks are apart you might as well put new seals in as they do fail over timr
