For the ones saying its not a chainsaw its the same principle i do it to my trimmers an saws an it helps in thick stuff by alotttt butttttttttt the main thing is you have to tune the engine for it witch he isnt doin in this video to actually make the extra power an needs to open intake breather
For 1, it isn’t a chainsaw, normally you don’t run 1/2 to 3/4 throttle on a grass trimmer, all you accomplish is hearing loss and upset neighbors, doing muffler mods and pipes on chainsaws are a totally different thing, you put twice as much strain and twice the load on a chainsaw
Lmao dude don't right a other comment I do this to all my trimmers idk what kinda trimming you doin but this definitely helps in thick grass by alot same way with my saws saying that makes no sense thick grass loads them down when I do it it holds rev higher for sure bud
