I used to use hot water like an idiot when washing my hair and wondered why it’s be so dry lmao. Now warm water gets the job done. And that robe looks sooo comfortable. Awesome video as always!

If you do really cold water at the end it makes your hair feel even better! At least it does for me. Haha but cold water is pretty miserable though.

Ima, unless Audrey has a specific product that she likes for healthy hair, plain Rice Water (DIY) will DRY OJT your hair to the extreme and make it very DULL!! In other words, it will UNDO all the PROGRESS you've made with the wonderful products in this video!!! A hard-earned and disappointing lesson. But, by all means, ck with Audrey! 💟

I love the fact aloe Vera helps with hair loss , dry itchy scalp , dandruff and it helps your hair grow plus more benefits included. Live in a different or a dry climate control with lots of humidity like Arizona anything with aloe Vera is your best bet.

I just wanted to say when you grabbed the spray oil I believe you grabbed the hemp seed and aloe not the other one you said you grabbed. Anyone else catch this? Or was it just me?

Even if I put really cold water to shower it comes out too hot due to the heatwave :(
We are all different...sadly alot of hair was coming off in the shower and I also got bumps on my head after using these products, so I stopped using them.

Are you stressed a lot because stress causes hair loss
Maybe you are anaemic you could take iron supplements as hair loss is often associated with anemia, I was severely anaemic before and started taking these supplements and I shed a lot less hair in the shower now

Ellen Umanzor I live in the UK so I use a brand called Vitabiotics, I don’t know if they are known abroad but I take the ones called Feroglobin supplements, they come in a red/white box and contain iron, folic acid and vitamin B12, specifically aimed for tiredness and fatigue which was my main problem but it helped my hair loss too, you have to maintain taking them daily though for a few weeks before you see results

I hate herbal essences. The shampoos are so drying and the conditioners barely hydrate. I guess to each their own. My boyfriend however loves their coconut milk shampoo (blue bottle) for his very short hair.
