This z-axis sounds much faster to work with when you get used to the process.
It has less steps and less likely to fail. Pretty simple to me

Hey Dave thanks for the review. When you determine your focus height, what was the distance from the nozzle cone to the surface? I really would like that to be more than 4mm since magnets I use are 3mm.
About 10mm using the flat tip.
My max 4 didn’t come with a drag chain ?
That’s odd. The one I got had it. Maybe they left it out of the package.

Hello i am having an issue with my max 4 when i push frame in lightburn it hits the end and the belt jumps teeth on the motor because its trying to frame outside of the work space instead of the object in the work space.. any ideas?
Check your origin setting. If the origin is wrong, it will make the module move the wrong way. Be sure to be on absolute coordinates with the correct origin when homing.
