Can TMJ Orthotics cause constant coughing and gagging? I had my orthotic manipulated by an orthopedic specialist and now I am constantly coughing and gagging. It keeps me up at night. The gagging comes out of no where, one minute talking the next gagging. The cough is 24hrs. 😢😢😢
Not usually but it’s possible. Have you had it adjusted? Maybe they can take off excess material by your tongue side?

I'm in my 4th month of Phase 1 & have been wearing(24" 7) my day & Night orthotics given to me by ICCMO India president tmj clinic in new Delhi. I hardly feel any change in my symptoms. They called my after 15 days for the first time after delivering the orthotics and then every 30days. I already have 4 adjustments but i don't feel any improvement in my symptoms. What can i do? Any suggestion?
Sorry to hear this! I don't know what to suggest..? Have you made your practitioner aware that you're not improving?

If my condition doesn't improve by at least 70%\80% in Phase 1 then I shouldn't give the consent to move to Phase 2 . Right?

I don’t recommend phase 2 until you are well - 90-100% improvement
