I recently got Windows 11 and work with Photoshop creative cloud 2022 and in there making a splatter portrait as in your tutorial is no longer possible, Treshold I do not know anymore.
Do you know a possibility to make it work in the nw version of Photoshop

I've heard from a number of people who cannot access Threshold. Frankly, I don't have an answer other than making sure that your Image Mode is correct. Go to Image > Mode > RGB color, 8 bits/Channel. I would go to the Adobe blogs to seek an answer to the Threshold problem.
