Agricultural land below 5 Gunta cannot be registered according to Karnataka law. He must convert it to a revenue site and then register it if it's below 5 Guntas.
Correct less than 5 gunta can’t be registered and second thing is only 10% of the total land can be utilised for the farm house construction ( only 320 feet can be used )
