How are you feeling now ? I am on 4th week post acl surgery and feeling pain only at sleep and suddenly wake up coz of a pain. How should I overcome it to get a proper sleep.
I am day 5 post op, feeling same

Hello and thanks for the upload! I just had ACLr with meniscectomy for a full bucket tear of the medial men. (I’m happy he stitched it back instead of cutting it out yesss!) but Friday night my 5 year old who still sleeps with Wifey and I got sick and started vomiting on me while he was sleeping (poor guy🤢) well I jolted and felt a pop in the back crease of my knee. I was in my locked brace. I just hope I didn’t stretch or compromise my hamstring autograft at all. Anyways I been checking out the Stem Cell injection to aide ACL healing that might be something suited to your case as stem cells work on a biological level. Good Luck to you and your husband 🍀 in the future.

I hadn't really thought of that. We'll have to see how surgery #2 goes and see if that's an option. Thanks for the tip! Good luck in your recovery also!
