One of the Prettiest, Bad ass looking trucks GMC has ever produced. It does have some size issues but it IS a mid sized truck. So there are size issues but I Love mine.
Got my 23 Canyon Denali mid January. Now have a little over 3k miles, no issues. Love this truck, bought it think it would sit a little lower than my 20 Sierra Denali but with the lift and 20" tires I don't think I gained too much. I do wish it had the auto fold mirrors but other than that it's just as well equipped as my 20 Denali was. I've finally figured out how to get in and out of it a little easier so I'm loving it more every day!!
@@GerryHavican Your looking at 18-20 combined on city depending on how light you are on the pedal, you can get 20-22 on longer freeway drives. The turbos are set to give low end torque, which means this is not an MPG based engine. Source, I've been looking at this all morning. It's basically an engine designed to give v8 levels of torque, without the emissions of a v8.
I bought my 2024 Canyon Denali on March 8th. ( traded in a 2022 Tundra) I really like a midsize pickup truck for my everyday driver, and the 310 hp motor has plenty of power when I push on the accelerator. Mine is white, no sunroof I’ve had trucks with sunroof and forget I even have them so this time around I didn’t order one. I get about 19 mpg with the turbo max( that’s not great, but I’m okay with that) I have almost 6000 miles on it so far. I really like the pickup interior over the Tacoma I’ve had three Tacoma over the past 10 years. What it boils down to is personal preference?
Does anyone know what those white things are behind the back seat head rest? They look like they should be able to be removed but I don't see how to remove them. Thanks!
Good review. Thanks. Also, thanks for pointing out the lack of power folding side mirrors. Must have for me. Would have nice to have ambient and/or mood lighting like the Ranger.
Dig deeper. I get 25-26 daily on my 52 mile commute to work, with a best a couple times at 33mpg. The economy is really solid. Haters will lie and lie about everything. Have to do your own research and not believe all the manipulators online
Waiting on my order . Got the white tired of black trucks my past 15 years . Comin in to downsize from 2020 F 150 . No front hood supports and no power rear window so far are my complaints. Can’t wait .
power folding mirrors and no park assist up front is a big miss, even little cars have it other than that no one can touch this for midsize category, they killed it with redesign....very well done
Typical GM to do it half way. The interior is nice but the hard plastic on the top of the door where I rest my arm is a big miss, also the halogen lights on the interior WTF. My 11 year old impala I use as a second vehicle has led interior lights.
@@thomasmazzola4760 didn’t mention a Tacoma. I do think this truck looks like a great grandma drives it. Wheels leave a lot to be desired and I have no words for the running boards.
I was really interested in this truck, until I saw this video review. There must be like 50 things on my Grand Wagoneer L Series III that this piece of crap does not have. No front parking assist, multiple seat adjustments, active cruise, built in cooler, night vision, HUD, Homelink, camera in rear view mirror, power fold side mirroes, power rear slide window, massage seats, rear ventilated/heated seats, rear side sunshades, air assist suspension, and others? Not to mention my GW has 510 hp which takes this big boat 0-60 in under 5 seconds. This is a cheap ass POS!
@MichaelClaytonCo i drove the Yukon XL and Escalade ESV. The Grand Wagoneer was faster, better brakes, handled better, better MPG, and had features i couldn't even option on the GM SUVs, or had to pay extra to get. They were standard on the GW.
You were cross shopping a Grand Wagoneer and a Canyon? Strange. Two completely different kind of vehicles. You probably got a great deal on the GW because they don’t sell well.
HAHA, that is the ugliest SUV/bus out there, already redesigned, tons of issues. Jeep is a horrible brand so enjoy...BTW this is a pick-up truck video so why are you here?
This truck is still less expensive than most Tacomas lol.

It’s a Winner!
I have one and it drives so dam nice I don't regret at all
How is the active fuel management!?
not sure what active fuel management is but i get about 20 miles a galon, but i also drive fun so
@@Beatmastapat09 its like your cylinders will deactivate your truck will basically go from a 4 cylinder to like a 2 cylinder
Awesome video, you showed many features that I've not seen on other videos. Mahalo!🤙
Love mine 22k miles already. This engine Is REALLY REALLY good. Love the power at 1500 rpm
What kind of mpg do you get? Have you had any problems?

@@oni-one574 Thank you sir. It seems like it's set up like the Tacoma hybrid for the v8 torque for pulling a trailer but not for really great mileage.
I like this!
21 gallon tank seems a little small but the undercarriage camera is cool

Sounds like my factory order . Did you order from fa factory? How long did you wait ? Ordered mine April 24 still no word 😢
Great job jb I like it.

I don't think thier needed, the mirrors are small and don't stick out very far. would be something else to break.
I don't mind running boards I just hate low hanging running boards I need them close to the body ass possible
I have an AT4 and I honestly think it’s a better looking truck inside and out.
It's because you own it lol. I own a Denali and its a show stopper compared to other trims.
Fair point lol
Ya with a big ticket upgrade
Love mine
The old man edition. Cuz I kinda like it😂
You know what the canyon and Colorado is the he multi-Pro tailgate
Love my 17 denali canyon wish the fuel economy was better on new 2024. Be cool if they would offer the 3.0 diesel

Cameras give you a full view
Ain't go lie as a Toyota fan boy this kills the tacoma.....
People want to see a road test
Tail gate storage is NOT waterproof.
Mine is.
I would remove all of the Denali logos and take the steps off

Dood the Toyota Corolla comes with soft touch Jesus GM
Ugliest wheels and running boards on any vehicle currently out. Plus the at4 and at4x look better inside and out.
I think the denazli is a better looker. It's personal preference. Enjoy your at4 wet dreams lol
Are you kidding me. The tacomas are nasty
