    My question is if an LLC that provides management services, employs more than 20, has a revenue over $5M on its most recent tax return, and has an operating presence in the United States, can it be considered exempt from the report since it is a large operating company?

      Great question. We can't provide legal advice on a particular situation absent an attorney-client relationship, but there are VERY few exceptions to the requirement to file the BOIR. We would recommend consulting your attorney to check if your business falls into one of them.
