Question: Does this apply just to LLC or Incs as well? and if the entity is owned by more than one person, each owner has to file individually? I did not see an option for another member or owner in the application form.

Do individual equal paratners in an LLC all need to file separately in addition to the LLC itself? If there are four equal partners, is there a Beneficial Owner if all decisions are shared equally? If there are no employees and only the four partners, there is no EIN. So what should you do then?

FinCEN requires US company address and doesn't allow me to use virtual office.
I am a non-resident and used Northwest Registered Agent address for incorporating and obtaining EIN.

@@hugoquiroz2798 Many people use virtual addresses or registered agent addresses and get accepted. You always have 30 days for corrections in case of problems.
