She's a woman who actually got even better looking as she got older.
She's still gorgeous!!
And she is a first class expert witness in civil litigation matters regarding the travel industry!
Get down with your bad self Ms. Price! 🙏🏿🎼👏🏿🎶👏🏿
Yes she is!!!!
Definition of Black don't crack! Sister looking good just as much as she did in the 70s! Right On Right On!
I have noticed that every former dancer they interview seems to have warm, bubbly spirits.
They grew up in a good time and had so much fun!
@@starsapphirelee5714 Agee. I am a child of the 70s and it was the best of times in my life!
And slim
Agreed! Brains, Beauty, Bubbly👯 IMO enthusiam, bubbly spiritT factor. They succeed in chasing their dreams because they are these things.. I sincerely hope the youngest of our society sees them and learns from them. Young people, please use these wonderful persons as your guide. 🕺🏾💃🏾
the class from this era is impeccable. rip to all the fallen dancers. diana price is beautiful and im glad she’s able to tell her story ❤
I’m sure that most of these Soul Train dancers never stopped dancing. 💃🏾 That’s why they look so good now. Keep dancing ya’ll! 🕺🏾
Diana was one of my main partners as I pretended to go down the Soul Train line in my living room while watching the show. The joy she gave me cannot be put into words. But I hope she reads this & knows how much I appreciate her time on the program.
The way she used to dance with such joy and originality made her one of the standouts on the show. I was in high school during the 70"s and many of my peers danced on Soul Train also. What a great time to be alive.
Awesome:😊❤we enjoyed this video thanks u. for sharing…..🥰👋🏾👋🏾👍👍. Five stars 😊😊😊
Awesome Video!!!!!
Loved this ❤
And she’s still soooo beautiful 😊
👍🏾So beautiful 💫 she is nearly blinding. 👍🏾
We will never have those moments again. 😔😔Just a wonderful time to be alive. She’s right, Soul Train was what was needed in the 70’s. Even though I was a small kid, I knew it was something special, always will be.
She has such a positive aura about herself, was gorgeous back then and now, I see why the other dancers liked her so much.
This lady is STILL very attractive and youthful looking🤩. Being highly educated is a great blessing but she was definitely very intelligent and ambitious 💯👍🙏.
I remember her. She was always smiling
Her mom probably inspired SO many designers who banked of their fashion ideas.
Ikr!!
I always felt Daina stood out and loved watching her dance. She is definitely one of the best to ever grace the Soul Train line and stage.
Who else had a big wide smile the whole time watching this? Her positivity is palatable, and it doesn’t seem like the hyper positivity people put on. ❤❤
I did! She has inspired me to lose weight and be my best self! I am so glad I watched this profile of her!
@@Fruit17-ip4vl That's beautiful! You never know how much impact something as simple as a smile and positive outlook can have on others.
Heyyyyy BEAUTIFUL DIANA PRICE...I remember watching you dance as a youth. As a dark-skinned girl myself, I remember watching you and other girls like you with so much pride. I got confidence, joy, and inspiration from seeing beautiful girls like you on TV. You're still beautiful, and the melanin is still popping. You made us proud. Love, Peace, and soulllllll.....❤❤❤❤❤
Joy radiates from Daina in every shot of her dancing. She glowed. She's still stunning & still glowing. And I absolutely love each & every outfit she wore on the show!!
SOUL TRAIN WAS EVERYTHINGGGG
Wow!! She looks 30 right now! I'm so jealous! I loved 'Soul Train', and I love hearing their stories... the '70s were so much cooler than now! And the clothes and hair! What a life... I was a poor kid in the country back then- I hope they all realize how lucky they were.
girl yes this is my favorite nostaligic decade and i was born in the 80s. the hair the clothes the music from rock jazz rnb soul. it was all amazing
Yes! I am 63. It was a great time to experience that era! I loved the 70’s and 80’s. Soul Train was a big part of it! We were so fortunate!
Genes aren't just Levi.
Diana was my favorite dancer on soul train. She was the most stylish on the show. The show would not have been the same without her.
She is still gorgeous 😍
Another one of my FAVORITE FAVORITE dancers. Love Diana Price. Loved when she danced with Bernard AND with Billy. Loved when she didn’t have a regular partner. Diana ALWAYS shined whether on the risers or down on the floor. Like Thelma Davis, Wanda Fuller, Vicki Abercrombie, Keedah Giannetti, Choisette Frost, Franchessca Berry, and a few others, Diana brought a classy and mature vibe.
💜💫✨🤌🏾🤗
Wow, I missed getting to see her era live, but her interview made me smile from ear to ear! Her energy in the clips and in her interview was infectious. She is inspirational!
Yes to this! I could not stop smiling, and made me feel like I was right there with her (and Marvin lol)
Marvin had esquisite taste and when he saw Diana, it was like a magnetic force that was breathtaking to witness on my TV screen. Such a legendary moment.
Big ups to the person behind the animation on this series. The attention to detail e.g. the lava lamp, the facial expressions etc. are too much, and in a good way. Thank you!
Every Saturday…wouldn’t miss Soultrain, for any thing in this world back then. Me and some of my friends , had our own Soultrain gang, an kept a line going at the clubs!.. no joke!!😂 those were the days!!!!🤩🤩🙌
Wow ma’am. You are a major and integral part of our history. Thank you so much!!
The FASHION Darlingggg!!!!
Diana brought joyful energy to soul train! I loved her fashion and dance style. What a time it was! ❤
The 70s was THE best ST decade!!! That Billy dude was my BIGGEST ST crush and I’ve never known his name.
Amazing how all the women kept their physique. Southern California living will do that for folks who wanna keep their sexy.
Your comment is right on point. 💯💯💯
I adore listening to these interviews. Such warm souls!!!
What I love most about these videos is seeing the fashions and everything. I was just a kids in the 1970's. She's my parents age. It's like seeing your parents when they were young and in their prime. The hair, makeup and all. That music!!!
Diana Price is entirely gracious and the best Soul Train profile yet. . .
She is a class act! Her voice is soothing and beautiful! Her story is inspiring and compelling! She came from a loving family! Her fashion was on point! She had a great education and corporate career!
Yes! You are so right Maliceless100! Her profile is fire! 🔥❤️😎
Diana Price Is A Great Dancer
She's Beautiful Thank You For Sharing Her Story!❤️

Daiana was always a Chocolate Beauty Soul Sister on the Show

She always looked like she was having a good time and was dressed to the nines!
OMG! She did the Skeeter- Rabbit, one of the coolest dances EVER! LOVE Diana…😘
You had me looking up how to do the Skeeter Rabbit on UA-cam!
That move @ 6:37...'slap', 'slap, GET DOWN...yesss!!!🤩
I love these Soul Train stories. Thanks Diana.
Would love to see a Netflix style series on all of these Soul Train dancers
This is much better. Also, BET currently owns the rights to the Soul Train Brand.😊

Such a class act!! I love her spirit and smile!!
I’m loving these shows about the lives of the Soul Train Dancers. I remember when it came on tv, we would yell “SOUL TRAIN’S ON!!!” Watched some of yall not knowing we were watching you!!! ❤❤❤❤
That smile says it all!
Diana you were right about those arms flapping 🤣🤣 but I love it. Thanks for the wonderful stories 💃🏻💃🏻 and cudo's to the editing department ❤️🎯🏆

I remember Miss Price's outfits, hairstyles, and partners, Well.🥰
Thank you so much soul sista for bringing us back and sharing your memories with us. A much needed joyful experience. Although I was just a small boy my time watching soul train was a blessing. Peace.
I remember Diana well. Mostly dancing with Billy. I remembered that Diana always had a smile on her face, and Billy almost never did, yet he had a very nice smile. Thanks for the update.
Black Don't Crack. She still has that Beautiful Smile. Watched this on Christmas Eve 2024. Very Good.
Cousin Diana I could wait for Saturday to come to watch you on Soul Train.
Thanks for sharing your story’ ❤️
Definitely one of my Favorite dancers to watch on Soul Train. So Original.
I love these shows about the history of Soul Train ,the show show made me very happy growing up thank you
I absolutely LOVE these stories❤❤❤
I just started today and have watched and enjoyed about 4 of them.
I saw maybe five Soul Train episodes growing up, but I’m in love with this series. I can’t stop watching. The fashions, the dances-this should inspire younger people who think it is impossible to be successful now. And yet over fifty years ago, a generation proved it could and was done.
WOW. She is still absolutely gorgeous. ❤❤❤
Amazing story 🙌🏿👏🏿✨🔥 Don Cornelius 🎤👨🏿🎤 put black folks on an international spotlight 🔥✨🙌🏿👏🏿🤸🏿♀️💃🏿🕺🏿👩🏿🚒🥁🎻🎸🎷🪈🪕🎺🪘🎶🔥✨🙌🏿 and inspired generations 🙌🏿✨🔥🎶
Daina Price is still absolutely a stunner. What a beauty!! I would love to hear more of her story. She's got great vibes.
Simply beautiful
Sis the same size as she was was in the 70s! C in e on keeping yourself up!
Sis, in same shape, face card gawjus and personality is awesome, winning everywhere! What an experience she lived, omgoodness!❤🎉
Stylish, Beautiful, Graceful, and could dance her you-know-what off! You could tell she loved dancing from the smile on her face while doing it. Still a beauty!
Another great episode! Keep em
coming! 💜✌🏽✊🏽
I reeeeeeeally ENJOYED her VIBE & ENERGY!! she REEEEEEEALLY painted a beautiful story of her soul train experience. I was happy she didn't mention the 🐔 LOL I think she should write a Memoir gwon gurrrrl
We LOVE her!!! What a wonderful personality & beauty!!!
She's in phenomenal shape for late 60s woman, unbelievable
Diana Price radiated joy when she danced, & I bet she still does today. This 'Soul Train Dancers' series is fantastic, I'm glad we're getting to know the names of the people who brought so much soul into our livingrooms.
All of these are great stories. I love it.
Soul train it good 😊😊😊 bring back
THANK YOU FOR THIS!!! I remember you from the 70's. I lived in Florida back then, you all taught America how to jam!!! LA became our cultural meca in those days because of Soul Train. We was dead on it every week, trying to learn how to "Lock". We adopted the line, it was just amazing. I'm so glad that your story was told, you still look marvelous :)
What an amazing experience that must’ve been💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽awesome 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Amazing 😻 she looks wonderful those soul train dancers are something special! Much blessings to her !

@@t.coleman7440
THAT would be so awesome!
I was just thinking how many of them are no longer with us…😔
Bump.
I love these videos so much, they all aged so beautifully ❤❤
She still looks great!
When I first saw the face and name my thoughts were isn’t that Diana Thompson??! Thanks again Right On!!! magazine those dancers were featured in the magazine religiously every month from about 1973 - 1979. That’s how popular the dancers were on the show for US kids/teenagers growing up in the 1970’s. How cool and she put you in the mind of another dancer Vicki Ambercrambie The two looked similar as two dancers on the show but short, petite, short hair had a great fashion sense and personality. Man those were the days and what I have noticed about these Soul Train videos series. That most who came up in the 1970’s, danced on show were good kids having fun with a good head on their shoulders. There weren’t too many back then you heard about doing drugs, drinking too much being irresponsible and showcasing tons of negativity. Like so many coming up in this generation having their 15 minutes of fame today. REAL TALK THANKS AGAIN RIGHT ON!!! MAGAZINE.
She's Beautiful....aged like Fine Wine 🍷👑❤️
That woman has not aged one bit. She is beautiful. ❤
What a beautiful, lovely and classy lady. Great story. Thank you.
The original Soul Train dancers are the reason I can't dance; I used to watch my brother and sisters do those dance moves and would try it, and they would laugh at me shattering my dance confidence for life, but I still love seeing the original Soul Train dancers move
She is on a LinkedIn with a beautiful photo. Very successful woman indeed.
Beautiful precious moments. You are blessed and amazing. Thanks for sharing ❤.Rip to Don Cornelius and any dancers that passed away. We will always remember and love Soul Train ❤
I loved her fashion sense.
I. MISS. SOUL TRAIN.
They were exciting times, EVEN through the T.V.
She was a joy to watch❤
So far she is the best female dancer I seen on Soul Train and I seen many of them.
She is so beautiful!!!! still. Her story is great! story and inspiration. I am glad she was inspired by Don Cornelius business savvy.
She looks fabulous. I loved watching soul train. The dancers were the best.
She's definitely a sweetheart ❤
OMG Great Interviews, I love this Dancer and her partner in the mid-70s, never knew her name UNTIL NOW...their routines down the ST line❤❤❤, she just looked so joyful.
Soul Train was my weekend HAPPY PLACE! All my chores were done nothing disturbing me.
After looking at all of these beautiful soul train dancers tell their stories, it's pretty safe to say that dance must be another ingredient for youthfulness!
I love Diana's infectious energy, style, dance moves and glowing smile. She hasn't changed at all 🥰
She resembles "Diana Ross" ❤❤❤
