Yeah dudes a total idiot for getting a certain death animal (chameleon) it will be dead in 1 year or less sadly. I woulda bought that mangrove in less than a split second. Already had some before, favorite snake ever. But they too are tricky, even my cbb lasted 3 years, no clue how, they ate days before then just dropped. But I’d buy them again when I can afford em any day
I never really got your turtle obsession until last weekend. My daughter and I save a baby alligator snapping turtle from the road. He was not doing well so we spent the afternoon with him and let him go in our lake. He was a super chill dude.
Loved hanging out as you explored the show. Completely intrigued by the Zoo Med buildout, and information given on keeping the chameleon happy and healthy.
Word of advice. Never put your heart 100% into a girl until you achieve your goal of building a career like Forrest's. Trust me. I'm 29 and I wish someone told me this.

I have a picture of him holding a monitor lizard that is nearly as big as he is, and it's one of my favorite pictures ever taken of my boy, because his excitement is palpable. Kid LOVES reptiles!

Gidgee Skinks are so Kool! You don't see them much, especially captive bred (if at all, haven't looked in a while.) Surprised someone died from a Gila, plenty have done videos of being bit and just getting quite sick for a day or so, but they are super chill in captivity honestly. One of my favs.
The guy with the black mangrove snake was Dan from DM Exotics. He lives most of the time in Thailand to source his animals, and has a really great YT channel. Would love to make it to the super show at some point.
There is a UA-camr called the bass fishing production he has redtail catfish and lungfish, and he has freshwater sharks trust me, man. He’s an awesome guy with animals.
If you want a black snake, IMG Boa. For being a giant dude, an IMG Boa can get bigger, especially a female. Plus they are very chill if you spend any time with them at all really.
Dan Mulleary of DM Exotics is afriend of mine and a stand up guy in life and in the reptile world. He is a great breeder of unique species and the utmost standard of ethical importation of wildlife as an importer. I have many snakes from him. Great guy!
If I bought the tanks lights etc. Will the tank be good for the lifetime of the chameleon or will I have to upgrade after maybe a yr or 2 yrs? I’m expecting the growth rate to be sort of fast with chameleons.
