Welcome to The BE Athletic

The Body Electric Athletic Company is a big and beautiful facility at 655 31st St. S. in St. Petersburg, Florida. We offer in-house and virtual group fitness classes with a focus on mindfulness. Mindful fitness means paying attention to what you are doing, emphasizing movement quality, and being personally empowered to work within a range, pace, and load that makes sense for you. We offer functional strength classes, conditioning, bodweight, core awareness, oxygen optimization, loaded yoga, foundations of fitness, and active recovery. An open gym and ice baths are available for members, plus locker rooms with showers, and child care. Additional weekly sessions include a stroller fitness class, a running class, oxygen optimization, and barbell lifting instruction.
