Started on my 65th birthday. Loving it still after 2 years.
67 in Nov. signed up today at CrossFit 262. I want to make it to 80+!!!!
Thank you to Crossfit for helping change our perception of what is possible for older people.
I LOVE this! Fitness at any age. I love how more older people are getting on board with taking care of themselves so they have a better quality of life.
Whoever those coaches are, mad props! Not just for getting that group going, but Jesus they move REALLY well. Shoulders first on push-ups, shins vertical on squats, midline stability. You guys must be doing a great job. Keep us updated if possible!
In way to 49 years in December. I'll be one of being exercise (please, body, lets me do it) over 70. Saying YES TO LIFE!
This brought joy to my life, Big respect to the crossfit community!

This senior class makes a lot of sense because 99% of Clearwater, FL residents are over 70 years of age.
