Just out of curiosity how come you did not replace the old half dome attic vents with Ohagins?? I have 3 half domes on my house and I'm presently doing the re-roof tile relay myself. The paper is 38 years old and time to go. I had Ohagin do a workup on my house via their website and they spec'd in replacing my 3 half domes with 48 (yes 48) vents in total. I believe that's overkill. I can only assume they thought the entire roof was attic space based on google maps but it's obviously not. I'm buying into bringing the house up to code but I think 48 vents on the roof including non-attic space roofing structure is too much. Nice video BTW.

Brick roof?? Won’t it be too heavy??? It’s look very heavy for roof. Hope the house can support all those weight.
