Made this today for Sunday dessert! It was a big hit with my family! There is none left. My sister took a doggie bag with her along with half of your Irish Soda Bread with caraway seeds! Now, she's begging me to bake your cinnamon rolls next week. My family has now allocated the task of Sunday "surprise" dessert c/o Laura in the Kitchen baked by me every Sunday. Your recipes are fail-proof! Perfect every time! The cardamon and zesty lemons are so beautiful in this recipe, what I love is that they don't overwhelm the natural taste of the blackberries they just blend and compliment each other. This is, by far, my favourite. I made biscuits out of the excess dough by rolling the dough into the heart-shaped biscuits, placed in the freezer for 30 mins then baked in the oven at the same temperature as the Galette and served with Lavazza Coffee. Yum!! Thank you, Laura and thank you Nona, for another perfect recipe and for keeping me busy and happy through these challenging times. Could you make this with raspberries or would they be too soft and disintegrate when cooked? Looks delicious but we can generally get raspberries and strawberries far more easily than blackberries. Thanks.
