In India medical means mbbs only..😔... talented students leave india for better opportunities..and it is not wrong , if govt is not supporting you,then it's our own way

I was working in AIIMS Delhi for nearly 5 years before I left to Ireland in 2018. (South indian nurse obvoiously😂) No regret as such. No one understand the value of our profession back home and the oportunity you get here to enhance your career is lot better. I did 2 post graduate course which was completely funded by my employer.

@@Meranammatjano Its hard to explain. If you are looking for good salary and want to stay in India central govt job is very good. I feel work culture is nice in western countries in the sense every one respect you for what I you do . There is no bakwas from seniors or incharge nurses and there is always a chance to upgrade yourself if you are interesed. Nurses runs bed management in most of the hospitals not the doctors.. All the health care works towards patient betterment.

Hello Sandeep , I have just cleared my oet exams . I'm from Nepal, I studied in India & worked after there for 1 year as a trainee nurse ( as for foreigner I was not able to get the registration over there so) Then I didn't take experience certificate & left the hospital & came here in nepal. I took Nepal registration in last July. Technically it has been 2.5 years my pass out & now I will have only 1 year certificate while applying for job & I'm afraid about 1 year with out Registration work will have an impact while searching for job( as I don't have experience certificate of that,) Please talk about this issue in your upcoming video & thank u in advance ur videos are really helpful & u're doing a great job 🙏

Your work experience counts but when you move abroad be it uk or any other developed country then, you need to pass few exams.
