Got you man! I’ll make a video on that soon!
6.2hellcat thanks bro, would love to hear ur perspective on a r/t from a hellcat owner,
I can afford a new hellcat at 18. But I think I’ll trade in my 18 RT and just get a car under $40k. Any recommendations? I want something sporty
I couldn’t even afford a rt at 18 🤣👍🏽
Rock'ca Holic Lol im saying. im 18. only could dream of a hellcat. some day in my 20s itll happen.
392, 5.0 your best options for under 40K
Get a Corolla
@@chriswood3603
Nah, I got a Mustang GT. I don’t regret it at all lol
Good insight. Thanks for the video.
Glad I could help!
Does anyone know the insurance cost
Also what is the maintenance per year
Thats any performance car. Paid $6000 for a used AMG with 100,000 miles...grea deal right? Spent $15,000 over the years to make it whole again.
So for someone who hasn't had a muscle car before or even a performance car, would you suggest to start with a scat pack or just go with the rt? I'm looking to get a 17-19 scat, but I dont wanna be sideways on the highway 😂 love the content btw!
I start with 19 r/t
Get a 392 trust me.
get some good tires and you wont go sideways with either
Used straight body 392s with low miles can be had in the low $30k’s.....best bet for a used challenger
Get the scat, straight out the lot go to a empty lot and ride a round, get used to the feeling of what you dealing with and you’ll be fine, my 2018 scatpack is my first car and now I crave the hellcat
Scat pack mpg and hellcat mpg is there any huge difference?
Not in my experience owning both
Both cars are irresistible to keep your foot out of
For me it was
Scat city MPG averaged 15 and 27 hwy
HC was 12 city and 24 hwy before modding it
Both A8s not sure about M6s
Debating on whether to trade in my SS for a this 😩
Do it bro you won't regret it!
Keep that shit. Itll probably hold its value better
@@ryanwashere21 Not reallt but the ss are sexy haha
Hey how much mileage do you recommend for someone buying a used charger Rt
Just bought a 2016 torred with 11k miles on her. Traded in my 17’ scat
63k for a dodge challenger hellcat with 20k miles does that sound good?
Are Hellcats worth not driving, I work too much and wouldn’t have time to drive it but I have the money for one. Can’t afford to drive to work everyday either and won’t lol
I found one with 4K miles but I’m from Chicago so I’m just worried it was whipped around the city for those miles.
Seen w 100k nothin major usually goes wrong. Let it warm up
Brakes and oil changes are not problematic maintenence.
True but makes me smile and laugh when I smash on it. And I only give it like 70 percent. It is a violent monster. It’s soooo much fun. 👍💪😎🇱🇷
Sold my hellcat after 3 years with only 16,500 miles. A 1/4 mile at a time! for nearly what I paid for it, Then proceeded to buy another : )
So you bought another hellcat to have it sit in your garage waiting for its next owner? LMAO. Thank you I guess I'll go buy it and actually use it for what it's meant for
Thanks for this video!
Thanks for watching!🙏🏻
excellent video
Damn bro I have a 2019 rt and I want to upgrade but im stuck between either going to a 392 or a hellcat and also if i should wait for the redesigns in 2023
If you get anything now don't do any mods to it that you can't easily revert back to stock from (basically just do bolt ons). Then once 2023 hits trade it in for newer model.
treflippa2 I just got a 16 hellcat. I’m just going to change out exhaust and air intake. I think I’ll be good right? I’m not changing anything else.
@@matrixbeastreloaded yeah youre good. Bolt ons are intakes, headers, midpipes, exhaust stuff like that
@@matrixbeastreloaded congrats! And yeah anything that you can just put back to stock is good. Basically you just wanna make sure if you plan to sell car to dealership that it's as close to stock as possible otherwise they'll try to lower price they'd give you for it.
Is it confirmed a redesign for charger in 2023. Or speculation.
There made to drive fast n hard. My cars are from 72. I got a 2011 megacab chipped fine
“Why is my car going so slow “ NIGGA DAT BITCH MOVING 😭!!!
Happy 10k 🤙🏽🤪
i got a 6 year bumper to bumper and a power train warranty for a 2016
Jus a regular car bwtter oil change its not that expensive
in your opinion what would be “low miles” or anything reasonable on a hellcat i’m looking into a 2019 challenger widebody hellcat it has 16,000 miles or a 2021 scatpack widebody new …. Hard decision lol there around the same price range!!
@DMVRaised96 sound like me lmao
@@12345678988457something wrong with your car I can't use the power in my 2018 392 ta it spins the tires at 60mph I don't know why anyone would want a hellcat when a 392 is overkill
Yeah Scats are fun until their big brother starts picking on them 😂
When I was finishing up my purchase the people in booth next to me were buying a new WB Scat for $10k more than I bought the HC for... The salesman almost had a Heart Attack when he tried to talk my wife into a Scat and I replied "Why the Hell would I pay $10k more for a car with 220+ less HP?..... Oops 😂
I’m 18 rn and I have a wagon wrx. I’m going to save for a couple years to put a tremendous down payment to buy a new hellcat lmao ofc put aside for school too
I got a used hellcat with 22k blew the diff and axles a month after got covered 😂best one I took my cats off and I blew the motor and I still got covered under warranty for a new motor 😂 got it for 54k
Dean Toma I even have a video No cap ! Car is bone stock and I was doing donuts and the car started slowing down on its own while doing a donut and it just turned off on me . Try starting it and it wouldn’t even crank over so I thought it was the started . Took it in and they were like yeah it’s your starter. Change the starter and when they went to start the car motor was done 😂 I got lucky man they knew I was abusing the car and knew I took the cats off I know people that have a cold air intake and don’t get covered for smaller claims . But yeah I got a new motor besides be blower I kept my old one 👍🏻
you should make an updated video
24 and owns a Daytona ? In Cali? You either have roommates or have a great job, which is it? I thought my 392 at 24 was good lol
@shawnboost Exactly. I went to a dodge dealership and the salesman told me they always sell these cars to kids working minimum wage jobs. He said it all comes down to the credit score
He has a good job. Homeboy spends $3k a month on food / gas alone lol. He has a six figure job for sure to be able to afford all of that
Selling my black on black hellcat challenger 5800 miles only $51k🔥🔥🔥
Very informative great vid. New or Used buyers have to understand maintenance even if under warranty it maybe at the service department a lot.
I got a 2014 dodge charger RT MAX and I have a 5 year unlimited mileage warranty. if I can get a hellcat with that type of warranty I'm getting it 😭😂
The only way I'd buy a used Hellcat is if I knew the previous owner. While that sounds impossible for most, I have a lot of neighbors who work salary positions at FCA and lease them for two years. Most of the used hellcats on the lots around Metro Detroit are such vehicles..
Dude! We live in the same area, when I get my hellcat we can go for a ride, around the area.
Drop how much the payments and insurance bruh
Never buy a used hellcat it isn’t worth the risk
Even if everything is good and clean?
XxSilver_ GamingxX just save up for a new one it’ll be way better most used hellcats be abused and sold right after
𝐴𝑒𝑜𝑙𝑢𝑠 I’m looking full size car which one do you think is best ?
𝐴𝑒𝑜𝑙𝑢𝑠 what are your thoughts on the Toyota Avalon touring ?
What’s your definition of a lot of miles?
For a hellcat or high production car, anything over 50k
