Hi everyone, sorry I didn't mention this, but the noodles are the eggless ones from Wal-mart!

I tried searching our nearby Walmart, and even their “Egg Free” noodles appear to contain Egg Whites. 🤔 Do you have the specific product name handy perchance? I would love to get my hands on some.
ETA: The app lied! I checked the website, and the “Great Value Wide Egg-Free Ribbons” only contain Semolina, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin and Folic Acid. YAY! 🎉 Thank you letting us know about these. 😁

Awesome recipe! But as a Swedish vegan who ate way too many meatballs (and still do, but vegan ones now!), I've got to bring the bad news, there's almost nothing swedish about this.. :')
Garlic in the meatballs is a no no, that brown sauce (gravy) looked delicious, but way off from ours. And I have yet to see someone serve it with pasta, here we do boiled potatoes or mash potatoes.
But I'd still eat that dish regardless, it looked bomb! Keep it up, and also, awesome vid. Love the voice over!
Bonus points for mentioning the lingonberry ;)

Haha thanks, I probably should’ve mentioned that these aren’t authentic and definitely based on the Americanized version my parents made me!

One thing I like about being vegan - no more nasty little bits of bone in things like meatballs and sausages.

Yes! Get in my belly! 😋 This was always one of my favorite meals in the before times and I’m sure it will be again with this recipe!

I just made the gravy/sauce, without the meatballs. I used tofuti sour cream with better than bouillon, and just the noodles from wal mart. Wow, this was delicious!! Now one of my favorite vegan go to dishes!!

wow I've never even tried swedish meatballs having been a vegetarian forever and now 6 years vegan but I will for sure try this. it looks amazing. we already have the lactic acid and sodium citrate from cheesemaking so it should be a breeze. just love his videos. so creative and everything looks so easy and tasty. we're glad he's "lazy" cause we r too and that makes the recipe easier to follow.
