I'm a Gramma and remember the 60s and 70s Today we are being confused and actually not thinking We need to let go and do what you do here In those days people responded better to talking to one another in parks and listening to people talk to crowds there too

I enjoyed this. Very helpful. My count in my head seems to be slower than yours though and you get ahead of me.
I'm glad to hear that you found the meditation helpful! It's perfectly okay if your count is slower-everyone has their own rhythm and pace that feels right for them. Feel free to continue at the pace that suits you best, and use the video as a gentle guide ❤️

Can you edit it to have a continuous audio? That 35 second silence at 9th minute is actually jarring (mind freaking out wondering "what happened to the waterfall all of a sudden?")

So beautiful your meditation posture, George. What about joining your thumb and index finger together, thus keeping the energy circle while you meditate?

@George-Thompson I forgot to tell, keeping thumb and index fingers together during meditation is a mudra called "chin mudra". Worth learning about it.
