“Because of his left hand, made of a killing light.” That sounds an awful lot like how fantasy/medieval folk would describe a cybernetic cannon, or weapon they simply can’t comprehend yet.
Stunning man. It’s a shame for anyone to overlook all the wicked stories that lay in this series beyond the popular. But true credit to these games that it basically wins the point that history becomes lost and forgotten
Yeah gotta be one of my favourite aspects of the elder scrolls, how literally everything you hear or read is unreliable and heaps of things are unaccounted for or unknown
I love the elder scrolls. It's awesome to see people still doing lore videos on it. I've been thinking about doin some lore videos on my channel as well and this inspires me!
@vasalbur Start from the beginning of time, it takes dedication and research and you'll learn new things that way, then work your way towards the God's and how they Interacted in the beginning if anything can be found. Then, when you begin gaining traction, start making side videos on Quest Lore, or just make skyrim videos in general. Best of luck to you, I'll be waiting for your first video! Don't feel rushed!
So glad to see new TES lore creators enter the arena! idc how many times I hear the same tales, every new channel breathes fresh life into the lore I love.
I still kind of love how Knights of the Nine acts like Pelinal is this great hero and then unabashedly shows that he was a lunatic who tried to pull a Hitler on the elves. It's a weirdly interesting part of Oblivion. He was such a freak, he almost caused the Nine to walk out. That's actually really interesting.
@@Verdant1 I really have to read it. I have the full set but still did not get around to it. Not only that but I want to say I would love to hear the "Song of Pelinal" audiobook made by you. You have great diction.
I never thought about it like that, but yeah it kinda makes sense in a way. Could also be because all the other races have very unique characteristics, while Imperials are a bit more 'generic' and so you can be more of an all rounder with them.
Starfield could have been SO MUCH MORE INTERESTING if Pelinal Whitestrake were, in fact, a crossover cyborg Starborn from its universe who was raptured to Tamriel against his will and this is why he went bananas so much, and the game explores that premise. Like, you meet Pelinal in-universe without knowing who he is at first, and he's being compelled by some outside force to make a portal to... somewhere, and then you see him get yeeted to Tamriel. "The Star-Made Knight" indeed. Oh well. Bethesda's just not weird enough anymore.
@@Aethelwulf7989 Literally the only difference between what I said and the established lore is, "Pelinal being from another universe". What's the problem exactly?

"An armour from a future time" also suggests something this, that they dont have the technology to make it, or maybe even understand it
Bros so racist he learned how to time travel to be able to slaughter as many elves as he wanted and still be held as a hero.
Even to the extent of massacring half a race because they 'might be elves'
@@Verdant1poor khajiit
@@Verdant1 that was just a poor excuse, he hates furries too of course. Proper redditor.
Gotta respect dedication.
That is because he realized Ysgramore killed more Elves than he did and he was having none of that
I can feel the growth this channel is gonna have
Hahaha, lets hope that feeling comes true :)

@robertdurbin5147 what's the first lore video I should make? Any suggestions? Something you would be interested on perhaps?

Thankyou! I appreciate it heaps! New elder scrolls content is always welcome! :)
Damn didnt notice how small the channel still is. Keep content like this coming and I’m sure the subs will follow
Let's hope so!
Wow like always your videos are so calming and relaxing! Keep up the good work 👍🏿
Thankyou good sir!
Hell yeah! Happy to see some love for one of my favorite Elder Scrolls characters! :D
Looking forward to more TES content from you! 🥰
😁 Glad to hear you're enjoying it! New video on its way!
Throughout Aetherius and Nirn, I alone am the slaughterer of elves.
It’s nice to stumble upon your channel! Keep up the good work! ✅
Thankyou serjo!
The single greatest Gigachad in Tamriel's history.

you got recommended twice that’s a sub
Your video is so good almost makes me want to play the game.
Yes, give in to your temptation
shut up
You should
Already playing but I started searching. For a Follower mod That i could roleplau is a reborn Pelinal but nobody fits, at least not on xbox
Nice narration and visuals, subbed!
I appreciate it!
Great video man, keep up the good work!
Thankyou!
My favorite Elder Scrolls character, what a menace
Damn! That is a fudgemuppet type quality video. Consider me subscribed
Thankyou! I took a huge amount of inspiration from their videos! Love their content
Awesome video.
Ysgramor, Pelinal, and Tiber septim would be good friends
Yeah I could imagine especially ysgramor with his hatred for elves
Pelinal was like Goblin slayer, but Mer Slayer.
This made me miss Oblivion. Guess now I'll make new Skyrim run where I'll kill all elves, in honor of the Knights of the Nine.
Yes kill all elves (just not dark elves...)
All I can say, make more oblivion more videos people love this shit I especially love this shit, it may be biased but it's my truth
I'll try to, I've got a lot planned so I'll get to it!
The elves don't deserve a name as cool as Horomir of copper and tea. It's just too cool for them.
Ngl thats one of my favourite parts of the song of pelinal, the names given to the sorcerer-Kings

Haa yes my favorite pacifist... Pelinal (Geneva suggestion) Whitestrake!
:) Excellent
Thankyou :)
Aye, the Elfinator
People keep praising Shivering Isles, but Knights of the Nine also deserved some love. It fits so naturally into the base game.
Yeah underrated dlc tbh
Except it forces you into the role of a humble goody two shoes, you do not even need the Crusader Relics to kill Umaril.
@@Tx-qk3zj the holy crusader armor looks cool, though.
