    I cannot thank you enough for your collection of foam roller videos. The muscles in my hips and butt are a mess due to a couple of injuries/conditions. This is the sweetest torture and I am doing it every day. 5 days in and I am starting to feel better. This is a must do for me. I usually do yoga, but I can do 10-15 minutes of this and follow with yoga.

    Hard to see what you’re doing bc the roller and the mat is black. Too bad.
