PS1 Breath of Fire III (Oddities 17) - Fishing (Wooden Rod versus Whale)

catching a whale with the crappy wodden rod is a hard (and annoying) challenge.
I had to use another rod with better range first to lure the whale into the wooden rod´s range.
my first attempt failed because the whale was unstoppable but I could finally catch it on my second attempt :-)
