Could it be possible to use certain assets from the americas campaign from kingdoms and incorporate them into the Aztec faction of the vanilla game? So that way you can develop your settlements, convert them to sun god, and recruit agents.
When it goes so slow because some people that watch will have no idea what they are doing that you scroll up and down looking for a recommended video to watch next, and read the same comment 20 times

Yes that can happen, it happens when a line of code is misplaced and it could be any line really, you need to verify the game files and if that doesn't work you may need to reinstall.
Is the problem that they aren't on the map at the start? If you toggle FOW somewhere else it stays toggled on in Rome Total war, and you can scroll over to america that way. Edit: The toggle fow part works. For some reason it causes the Aztecs to spawn with no armies and immediately lose all their armies and family members. And also all rebel settlements are villages now. Oops
Mr Bro 1. Start with timurids 2. When started, save by name 3. Load your saved game and end turn 4. When other factions have made their moves, load the most recent autosave 5. When loaded, end your turn and wait for other factions to do their stuff 6. You must repeat like 150 times but your army will come eventually

Well, it IS a "How To", which sort of suggests it'll have step by step instructions.

could you add more carracks? also i have taken towns in europe and for some reason you can't build soldiers either as a town or a castle. . .
If you wanted you could go to the files and add more carracks by copy pasting the current fleet or just copying the boats into the same one.

Yes there is, I can't tell you how to do it off the top of my head. However, there are plenty of total war center tutorials on that subject

Its much more complicated with the timurids and mongols. However, I have found a way to play as them which I will be doing in an upcoming tutorial.
