I’d recommend a mix of spicy, and non spicy chicken with a lot of gravy that I didn’t see you dunk or lather it in; which makes it soo good. Also the rice would’ve been better if you added the gravy, but plain is fine as well.
White rice is not a side dish in Filipino food culture but part of the dish and with Jollibee, that dish would either be the Chickenjoy or the Burger Steak.

Adults either love or hate it. Very few in between.
Children universally love it.

Jollibee spaghetti was originally made for kids because kids like sweet stuff. There's many versions that's just one version
Try Palabok with lemon
In the Philippines they eat the chicken with gravy and rice. You should try palabok and pineapple juice too!
I wanted to try the Palabok, but unfortunately they were out of it at the store I went to 😢. I’d also love to try the pineapple juice. Next time!
