I have exp of 8yrs in recruitment and 3yrs with hiring for SFDC and SFMC, now to an extent I have learned email studio, Automation studio and other basics but i am still not sure if I should leave HR work and move into SFMC pls guide if you read this comment or anyone else can. Reason for why is financial growth, nothing else.
Between I am Btech and have hands on with org of SFMC for 45 days, I learned by practising not theory.

Is that possible
Answer 1: Because companies are looking for people who can do Admin + Developer both. Instead of hiring 2 people to do the job they only wanna hire one who can do both the jobs. Also there are very less customers of Salesforce in India. Hence the need for Administrators is relatively less than USA.
Answer 2: It is possible but relatively difficult because of less open positions for fresher BAs and QAs.
5 Yr exp as QA. Is it OK shifting to Salesforce?
