    Literally after ramadan I don't feel so much hungry even I take just breakfast at 1pm or 2pm and dinner at 6pm and After 6pm I don't feel hungry because of Ramadan fasting.

    Hi Palak. YES I started intermittent fasting for the first time :) Wasn't that difficult.
    I broke my fast with ACV. And then I just had protein milk shake. But should I also have lunch (roti/ sabji) after shake. Because shake itself is a meal replacement. Please please revert.. I don't wan to ruin my efforts.. kindly reply

    Hi Palak, I have started intermittent fasting inspired by you. I had heard about this fasting from a long time but hesitant to do it or may be the way they explained didn't inspire me. But after watching you I started and it's very true that hunger reduces a lot.. I started it slowly, not in a place and situation to exercise. Only with Intrmtnt fasting, now I can wear L size kurthi from XXL. Only issue with belly fat now I wish I could buy your product( not possible at this time) and do exercise to reduce it😔. Anyways happy with the result so far and Thank you Palak for inspiring us always.

    Hi Palak, after watching your videos I have started doing intermittent fasting. In the month of April till June I lost 10 kgs. My bloating issue is sever. After a month or so of losing 10 kg in June suddenly intermittent fasting stopped working for me and I feel that I have lost a few inches during that phase, but I feel like I am gaining those inches back what should I do or where am I going wrong in intermittent fasting. Please help!

      Keep doing. Kabhi kabhi weight late loose hota hai. Fat loss hone lagta hai pahle. Body pahle insuline sensitive ho rahi hogi.
