But should I also have lunch (roti/ sabji) after shake. Because shake itself is a meal replacement. Please please revert.. I don't wan to ruin my efforts.. kindly reply

But after watching you I started and it's very true that hunger reduces a lot.. I started it slowly, not in a place and situation to exercise. Only with Intrmtnt fasting, now I can wear L size kurthi from XXL. Only issue with belly fat now I wish I could buy your product( not possible at this time) and do exercise to reduce it😔. After a month or so of losing 10 kg in June suddenly intermittent fasting stopped working for me and I feel that I have lost a few inches during that phase, but I feel like I am gaining those inches back what should I do or where am I going wrong in intermittent fasting.
