    Hey Mate, how'd you end up going with the pro smoke drum smoker, i noticed you never put up a cook reveiw vid of it, im just wondering if its any good or not?

      @@RedSmokeBBQ yea I have but i havnt used it for a slow cook yet, I just burnt it in and seared a steak on the lowest level, im not sure how it would go on a long cook

      @@matthewwallace2800 I will be honest and say keeping the temp up and constant has proven to be a challenge over a long cook. I drilled some extra holes in the bottom charcoal dish for extra air flow which helps a little until the become clogged with ash. I also don't add water to the pan as it never seems to get hot enough.

      @@RedSmokeBBQ cheers for the info mate, i figured that was the case when i did the first burn, i might drill some extra holes in the side of the drum at the bottem and around the sides of the charcoal dish, and could always put a gas burner underneath the base of the drum at the very bottem to heat it up abit more if it needs it,
