Larry Leech he means, I believe, all the body movement. I see a lot of it nowadays, and I don't think it's a bad thing. Sometimes, in some groups, I think it can be overused and somewhat distracting.
That's what separates indoor from DCI, though. The battery, all of a sudden, has much less of a responsibility to keep time for the rest of the group and they can perform to the visual aspect that would normally go to the brass.
Bruh the hype was real for that show. The thing I loved most about that show is that there wasn't a lot of silence so a voice recording could play and then like three total minutes of music. Infinity percussion 2015 kinda did that. They had a lot of filler. Nothing against them at all, I just don't like it when three of the seven minutes you get in a show is wasted on someone talking instead of showing off the awesome talent of the musicians' playing. But that's just me
@@Tealmaker dude that's crazy I was just rewatching that show and I will never deny that Infinity 2015 had arguably the best bassline yet of this century out of both DCI and WGI which makes it even more sad that they weren't playing for very long
I can see and hear errors I would expect from an A class show, visuals not done completely together, dynamics completely half assed, things like that. The worst part, is that I never noticed errors like this at any of the shows that I was at, the reason they got 4th, is because they can't handle the hype that they get from being at finals. I can see some players actually adjusting after making a slight mistake. Seriously? why do people praise them.
+Gausgovy Because their shows are always entertaining. I don't care what place you get, if your show is entertaining with a bunch of mistakes, I'd take it over flawless and boring anyday. (Not taking away from pulse, their show was great)
MisterPip But they aren't entertaining if they have mistakes, I watch pulse 2014 and see a show that looks like fun and is entertaining, and also has things that nobody had seen before they did that show. But RythmX just reuses the same visuals, jumping over drums, running on drums, a soloist in the center of the floor, and it's an X show if they don't throw something for no reason. They even reused the pole props from man in the arena. They should do something new, I like old X because old X did new things, Inspire is the best show I have ever seen. I just want to see new things, and pulse, RCC, MCM, and even broken city are the only world class groups that still understand what doing something new is. What are you saying? Pulses show was boring? really?
Gausgovy Did you not see me say that Pulse's show was great? You're putting words in my mouth. Bottom line is, even with their mistakes Rhythm X's show this year was really entertaining and fun to watch, despite the mistakes.
+Gausgovy I would like to formally apologize for how terrible and unentertaining our show was. We should've tried harder. I sincerely hope you will forgive us.
I've never had so much fun performing a show. Glad this could be the last one.
4:52 - 5:19 One of the best phrases I've ever heard in wgi.

They look like they're going to pop some tags...you know...because they have 20 dollars in their pockets.
......you....are amazing
This is still one of the most hyped closers to date. CHILLS
So refreshing to see a show focused on the technique and stick tricks and the book; not a bunch of ballet dances and weird theatrics
+Casey Ancona thank you Casey
what do you mean ballet dances?
+Larry Leech Shows that focus more on theatrics rather than drumming, like CWP's show this year

+MisterPip It's also the reason why I think pulse edged out RCC in the end. Plus cage was a pretty amazing show.
