- I went to the UVU Powwow, watched one of my students dance, took pictures for the newspaper, participated in the 1 hoop special, saw Natalie Franklin!, danced to a tricky song by Young Spirit. It was a great day!

Patrick again you knocked it out of the park with your V log. You EXUDE so much POSITIVITY and you are so AUTHENTIC, you just go for it and just let all hang out in your Vlogs. What I like about you being a mentor for the kids is that you take the time to show them and practice with them the dancing moves, but yet you also instill in them the reasons why you’re dancing CULTURALLY and because some cannot( that is so PROFOUND). Also you show everybody that watches your VLOGS when you do make a mistake in whatever you do dancing or in life you keep going , You pick yourself up and you get better & don’t make the same mistakes again if you can help it.keep the POSITIVE FLOW going Patrick that is so freaking awesome. Hello Patrick, I have a question. I’ve been watching hoop dancing for a while and just sat back and enjoyed. It just occurred to me during a competition are there moves that are required? What portion is freestyle? I understand a dropped hoop wouldn’t be good but how much of it is required over your own moves. You don’t have to be detailed if you don’t want. Just wanting to know more. Love the positive words you have for all and really enjoy watching your channel. Keep up the good work.
