I fail to understand his complete failure to understand the crucial point -if outside parties pay for services that a government is supposed to provide - food security, health, education, water, electricity - what is left for Hammas or the Palestinian kleptocracy to spend their money on other than attacking Israel?
Seems to me that Bibi is doing what Nixon did with continuing the Vietnam war. Trump and Bibi have agreed to keep the war going to help his best pal Trump get elected and keep both of them out of the jail sentences they are both facing.
