Rosemarys Baby is one of my very favorite horror movies! I've watched it countless times! The book is also perfection! I can't wait for the vodka blush video!
I just read Rosemary’s Baby for the first time last year, ripped through it in less than 2 days. Couldn’t believe it took me so many decades to read it…. Looking very forward to your video on that!
Dead of Winter was my first Darcy Coates book. I finished it today, and felt much the way you did. As soon as the first chapter came to an end I knew who the killer was, and all the misdirections just made it more concrete to me. If the rest of her novels are better I may give her a second try, but that book was a one star for me. Btw, it’s pronounced “Eye-Rah”
I read Rosemary's Baby last year. Very good! I actually really enjoyed Dead of Winter. Main character didn't bother me. I definitely should have seen the twist coming but for some reason I didn't! Lol I just bought the new Christopher Golden myself. Can't wait!
I read Rosemary's Baby some years ago and love the book and the movie. Glad to see you are a fan as well. I wish modern horror books were more like the old ones. I feel like the modern horror books is too nice or how to explain it.
A friend recently gifted me Rosemary's Baby and I'm looking forward to reading it. Have you read Nestlings by Nat Cassidy? It's heavily inspired by Rosemary's Baby and I loved it.
I did! I actually read Nestlings back in November. I have a lot of mixed feelings on it, but I definitely see all of the direct inspiration and loved that part of it.
What is your three favorite Darcy Coates books? I haven’t had a chance to read any haha I have quite a few of them which one should I read first I love to read in season. Is Voices on the snow good?
I have yet to read Voices in the Snow. My favorites are The Haunting of Ashburn House, Carrow Haunt and The Folcroft Ghosts. I also really love the Gravekeeper series--especially book 2!

It's such an amazing film! So happy to find out the book is even better :D
What! I loved the Don't fear the reaper! I didn't love the time jump but the overall story was great! to each their own!
I absolutely loved Don't Fear the Reaper, I just didn't love it as much as Chainsaw.

It was so good! I was so thrilled with it and honestly didn't expect to read through it anywhere near as fast as I did.

Are you planning on reading the sequel to Rosemary's baby too? I'd love to hear your thoughts on that one.
I actually just recently learned there was a sequel! I don't own it yet, but I'm sure I'll get to it eventually :D
