This game is so bad. MK 1 has been the hardest for me to get into out of all the recent MK games, I loved MK 11, and this feels like a step backward. While its faster, the combos are just impossible, and most of the characters "combos" don't feel like they combo well. I think Tekken has the best combo system in any fighting game, SF6 is also extremely bad. I have played fighting games since 1991. I think the series of DLC characters in MK 1 just don't make much sense, and nothing really exciting going on. Just my thoughts. I Love max, and I find his videos helpful when playing these characters. However Homelander is just awful. Knock off superman with really hard strings and an awkward combat inputs.

I promise in like 2 days you get used to him lol
Nah Nrs should let Homelander do flight combos more than twice.. Shouldn't be like Ermac cse hes not so much of a rushdown as Ermac.. If Homelander should have high execution with not much damage.. Then let us have the fun to do longer combos to compensate..
Why does this game look so janky to me? Some of the limbs don't connect but the hit does, the movement seems like it's not fluid, and homelander in particular looks like he's missing half his animation frames. Not to mention his cape looks like it's a piece of cardboard half the time
Incorrect!
@@JordanShipp-w1d You're welcome to disagree but at least tell me what points are incorrect to your eyes
@Millicente I don't know the ins and outs but what I can say is that it's just the way netherrealm animates there games, you can see it in all of them. You can notice it especially when someone gets launched into the air they kinda go horizontal and it makes hits look like they'd never land
oddly I found his combos not too difficult
We need Homelander milk cancels
Was the update for you also 135 gigs?
Hi
Can't believe people still think this wasn't supposed to be injustice 3 lol.
Injustice 3 would have come out 2 years ago. They wouldn't spend 4 years on that game. They skipped it and are using Super heroes as guests as a nod to Injustice. How is having Homelander any evidence this was supposed to be Injustice 3? People say this as if NRS isn't the developer of all these games and use things they learned from their prior game in their new ones.
Bro feels like a superman clone with less personality
honestly.. now that i think of it.. after watching both shows.. Homelander is just a more in depth character.
Someone hasn’t read the Invincible comics
False lol 😂
But how are you on coms?
Now they need to add Superman to the game.
No
Max is literally playing him rn /s
Wdym we have his evil half brothers in MK
Superman doesn't fit the style of MK
Deathstroke makes more sense because killing isn't something he's opposed to
Injustice might be for you.
There's something wrong with the x-rays
Bro didn't do his tower wow that's disappointing
Omniman is cooler
Some of the worst charecter animations in fighting games
How does mortal kombat keep doing these types of animation a decade later?
Tekken is doing animations from tekken 5 which was from 2005 that looks 10x times better than this game.
So the character's damage sucks so much it's not even worth the effort, lol gotcha
makes it fun tho
Honestly feel like Homelander was a poor character choice for dlc.
He really wasn't what
He's a perfect fit fk you mean?
The hell are You talking about? Lol
TF you talking about?
All of the Dlc are the most popular TV show characters rn, and they all fit perfectly
Long combos with cancels and precise timing, guess what he does trash damage and the game wants you to sit back and zone cause of brain dead the game is.
the animations are sooo bad
Idk, sounds like a skill issue
This game is bad right?
No you have just been fed that information by people jaded by Mk1s initial launch
@@Synical02 so it's good now I see it's on sale and I like mk1-9-x-1 again
@@Synical02yea it kinda gets me upset… people judge the game off content and say mk11 is better when literally everyone hated it mk11 when it was out. And people hate the game because “it took too long with dlc” like mk11 didn’t take 11 months to release spawn
Hell no , this game is 🔥🔥🔥
Are there unlockable cosmetics like in 11 or is everything behind a pay wall?
