I was so scared peacemaker was just gonna be robocop 2 but I’m pleasantly surprised at how stupid fun he is. Hope the rest of the characters keep being like this

I love that Peacemaker’s “pipsqueak” remark is what pissed off Shang Tsung so much that’s he’s speechless;
usually Shang always has something to say, even against trash-talk, heck he always had something to say against Johnny Cage, and Johnny is the loudmouth of the MK universe.

Max finding Shujinko's cancel's hard was definitely a surprise to me.
I guess it's because I actually use Shujinko but that trial was pretty easy for me

Yeah, same. I play Shujinko with Liu Kang and I have no trouble at all with his inputs.
I love that Ed and Peacemaker were both considered by many to be the low-point of the respective line-up of DLC characters but then each came out swinging.

Combo trials rarely if ever give you useful combos for online matches. It's the players who develop reliable BnBs for most scenarios, trials are just for fun

Man, after this i think every character needs a revision to make them more fun, maybe that will make the game way better, the basics are there.
You can freestyle combos with almost everyone.
Only a few character combos are this complex
Peacemaker gives me MK9 character vibes personality wise. Love how crass he is.

I think the thing that delights me the most in watching Peacemaker is.....he calls out most of his special moves? Mortal Kombat is notoriously a grunts and groans kinda soundscape with few lines of dialogue so having a character be more like say a Street Fighter character or anime fighter character is nice to listen to. Always a good time to be full screen and just shout TORPEDO as you go for a hail mary
Hearing "Anti Gravity!😂" is probably my favorite.

I've seen an Epic Combo with Peacemaker and Shujinko
In case anyone has issues with peacemaker's kombo trial 7, you can omit the insta-gravity move. You can only hold Sonya's projectile and get close to the oponent to get the aerial combo.
That peacemaker combo #9 was insane. A trophy is deserved for pulling that off and If someone achieved that Combo kudos to you 💯🙏 I'd have thrown my controller on that one 😂😭
Shang tsungs are worse, I've done every combo trial and they are honestly crazy. Some of the most un optimal combos ever
@@nickdavid1846 My condolences I haven't gotten to Shang Tsung but I can only imagine. Some of the combos in this game are hell to pull off. I'm giving praise to whoever completed them, trust me I feel your pain 😫🙏😂

Peacemaker Combo Trials are insane and very tough indeed.
Not had a chance too Play FF7: Rebirth yet, been checking out Ed and Peacemaker first, too much quality stuff too do but so little time lol.
I agree Max lol some of those difficult Mortal Kombat combo challenges at the end are damn near impossible and definitely way harder than anything at Street Fighter or Tekken I agree.The timing and execution of them are just ridiculous. Peacemaker is a wild character.

Peacemaker was my most anticipated character cause I love The Suicide Squad and adored his show. I actually got into MK cause the leaks where going around that he was going to be DLC. But he was clearly the character everyone was least hyped for, and the internet made that clear. But now I'm so happy to see people loving him and enjoying him so much!

Not even really related to the video, but the iconic Dood intro is the only hyped-up cinematic intro on UA-cam that is consistently exciting and not cringe at all

There was a Raiden combo in deadly alliance that was so long, took me forever to beat it and the one time i got it i had literally tried so many times that it felt like i was memorizing a long cheat code and i ended up getting it off pure muscle memory with zero thought as to the buttons i was pushing
Lol I remember that kombo too. It was long like one of those Tekken 12 hits and u had to switch to his staff stance in the middle of the kombo I believe. I never bothered to attempt it lol.
Hope this gets more attention for the peacemaker show it’s honestly super good

He reminds me alot of erron black and he’s been my favorite for the past mks so peacemaker was a no brainer for me easily my favorite character and I was against him being in mk lol
NRS definitely needs to do more of this with every character in the game. I imagine it'll be very hard to do and take a lot of time, but if it means characters will be way more fun to play and give this game life, i don't see how it could hurt.
