for "Aqualastic": I do 150% agree with your thinking / hight quality fans (f.ex. "papst") might last longer, cheap ones won't survive a day / in addition: our "DInventor 101" let the fan run at full speed all the time........... :-)........😏
a fan like a computer cooling fan has; 1 - low torque [power 2 - moderate RPM [speed It is impractical [crazy/ignorant/ insane] to use it for applications needing otherwise such as high torque.
I instead added an available fan to my new TV. Heat can be a big problem with TV's these days. This new TV was getting quite hot, so I constructed a heat collector out of sheets of cardboard. This collects air flow from all the top air vents on the TV, and then of course it also has an opening in the centre for the fan itself. Now the TV is nice and cool. It is a 12vdc fan that I run off of a 5vdc adapter. This lower voltage keeps the fan nice and quiet.
You would go through all of that trouble to mix a tiny cup of paint instead of just shaking the paint by hand or using a stick??? Weird choice, but ok.
Reminds me of the old rock tumblers and a paint shaker. Very Cool! Also, seems like a great way to clean things instead of expensive and messy liquids. I'm wondering how this might effect the life of the fan. It seems it would draw more current and possibly overheat with the intake blocked..

Bro made this and it's still working i have usedit for over 24 hours continuously

How long do you think the bearing of that fan will last?
Til it breakes down!
5 minutes, tops.
spent $200 in time to save 30 cents in bolts and screws. BRILLIANT!
finally someone said the truth

Fascinating how he just so happens to have all the things he needs for this
Great idea for a paint shaker, I'm going to build one for my model paints.
Thanks!
Hello, I hope to have you 5 million SUD
So far, it looks like you're assembling a wobbly coaster
What a fabulouse idea? This practical and useful item solve a lot of problems.
This great. I reckon with a little modification this could be great for making dry sift hash

I think it may be way less expensive and laborious to simply buy a few new nuts and bolts.

nice project ...sooon I will make
if you leave the bolt off you can attach the fan to a heatsink... ideal for cooling stuff like CPU's (another Brilliant idea)
Love from Bangladesh
I hooked up one of these fans above my car stereo amp that kept overheating. worked great.
Same here all mine needed was to run a few degrees cooler worked great..

I'll give that fan 20 minutes, before the bearings fail.
You could save yourself all the work of building that by just putting nuts and bolts in a glass of coca cola for a few days. That works.
