Dude I remember playing as the wampas and thinking that nobody else ever played it. It was a fun mode.

I remember ewok hunt getting released during Halloween, me and my friends were playing it for hours it was fun af

This game mode of the BF 2 is sick, I like specially the wampa hunt, is very scary, not much as the Ewoks but well, when a bunch of gigant snow monsters runs at you... I wish that in Battlefront 3 we have some more maps for the hunt.

I loved playing the OG Battlefront II as a kid and it was really nice of EA to bring it back in the new BF2. It would be really awesome if they made a hunt for the clone era with zombie geonosians instead of ewoks deep in the creepy catacombs.

I like-no, LOVED this video, Bombastic! This took me back when I played the wampa’s vs. Rebels in the hunt mode of the original Star Wars Battlefront II a LOT with my sister. We both had some fun playing that version of hunt and mode, I also played it with my uncle when I came over and we played the same mode on his Xbox 360. I was SO happy when I got the PS2 version, and I played the whole campaign, Galactic Conquest, AND the instant action mode playing through ALL of the maps with the assault mode on every map. The good old days man, that was where the Star Wars franchise concerning the games and other game franchises like Sonic the Hedgehog were at!
Wampa Hunt I remember play that game mode it was fun I got bored one time at the game then I challenged myself if I could get past all of them and get to the shield generator and apparently you can repair it but there’s no point takes forever.

Hunt has always been my favorite in Battlefront 2, especially being the Wampas.

I recommend the battlefront 3 legacy mod. It is a mod that takes all of the available information on the canceled Battlefront 3, the one before Disney, and runs with it. Biggest selling point I have for it is orbital assault. You have a groumd battle and space battle at the same time. You can get in a starfighter from your base, the enemy base, your capital ship, or the enemy's capital ship. You seamlessly switch between air and ground combat, you can attack ground forces in a starfighter and you can shoot ships in the air, not necessarily the ones in space, but the ones that are in the atmosphere.
I would also like to recommend a mod I call R1 because that is what the addon file is called. It adds a new era for all of the maps. It creates a side for the republic and a side for the separatists. It almost completely changes how everything works, new interface, every weapon is new, new health system, etc.
Oh yeah! The safa edition mod! That thing is so robust I am almost certain you don't even need the original game
Hoth Hunt for 2005 Battlefront 2 was freaking glorious.
If you tamper with the settings of being a rocket launcher class and immune to landmines, you get some hilarious body ragdoll physics.

The only reason the scene with the Wampa was put into Empire Strikes Back was because Mark Hamill had a very nasty car accident and needed facial reconstruction surgery because of the injuries.

I remember playing battlefront 2 on geanosis at my friends house
i want a Star Wars game based on fighting aliens creatures. Now, Im doing zoology, and really into conservation but... playing as a Trandoshan playing space monster hunter would be cool. Or something like being an Empeiral research squad where you gotta go to planets, set up bases, whilst getting hunted by alien creatures. Im picturing Monster Hunter with blasters, the game Evolve but star wars, or the Alien vs Predator games but Star Wars. I just want a game based around Star Wars creatures, where you fight (or play as) different creatures throughout the galaxy, from Wampas to Rancors, from Krayt Dragons to Gundarks. Itd be cool as hell. Like imagine playing as Star Wars's version of a Predator.
