I remember watching your video on palm muting all the way back when I just picked up the guitar in the summer of 2018. I was 18 back then, just going to uni. Since then I dropped out, started a job, moved to a different country, and played in a metal band for a year, which I have now quit because I realised metal is not what I want to do creatively. I'm 23 now and it's hard to believe it was just 4.5 years ago (although wow, that's a long time now)! It's great to see you still going and better than ever - the journey never stops, here's to us both and everyone else on the path, and thanks for being one of my earliest inspirations and teachers 🤘

I get why you added more mids to your guitar track. It's so that it sticks out more from the original Gojira track you are using here. I would have relaxed that choice IMO. Other than that, the guitar looks cool and the playing was on point! Well done.

I found your channel like years ago when I was in my last years of high school and was really into guitar. I remember really enjoying watching your epic playthroughs. Using Bias FX 2 for all the tones here. Used an octaver within Bias for the tapping parts.

Are you recording direct to your computer, or do you have an amp mic'd up ?
Recording direct to my computer via an audio interface and then using Bias FX 2 for the tones. The guitar sound in this video is double tracked
