Tack så jättemycket🎉 I always wonder how do swedes make the strong I sound. Especially at espresso house when the barista calls out loud an order for an Ice latte. The nasal part is the secret! Now I know. 👌🏻👏
Tack så mycket. Jag har en fråga om "het". Is it only suitable for contexts like "hot person" and not for temperature? It's just that I had learned that Swedish has no separate word for "hot" (varmt väder, för varmt te). I find it pretty actually: Sweden is so nice and cool that there is no need for "hot" (spoiler: I hate hot weather) ❤ So now seeing "het" I wonder in which contexts it can be used.
Great question. I guess it depends what you talk about. "Het" is not only used for people but we use more "varm / varmt" for weather. Ett varmt väder. However, we can use "het" for items with a high temperature. Like the owen. Ugnen är het = the owen is hot. But you can also use varm here (ugnen är varm). And then we use "het" for hot topics. Ett hett ämne (a hot topic).

@@FunSwedish Great to know, thanks!

🙋hej hej!
👋
Tusen tack!!
Has anyone bought their lessons? Considering buying it but it’s pretty expensive

Hej ... läckerbit! :D
Some of these expressions are slightly stockholm centric and mainly used by women. Not how swedish is spoken throughout the country
Nu blir jag nyfiken. Vilka ord på listan tycker du är Stockholms centrerade och kvinnocentrerade?
