I’ve used frozen honey, broken into bits, as a mix-in to homemade ice cream. Works really well, given that most ice cream toppings get too hard in the freezer.

I don’t recommend but the honey in the pot as cooking honey will reduce its nutritional value, you can cut down the front layer of wax with a knife or spatula
And use a special machine to spin the honey out, occasionally breaking the frame If you put out an empty honey frame that still has some honey on it, many bees will come and clean it off within a hour or two. They will also fight over it, and kill each other
9:00 there was a better way to separate honey from wax -> time. After warming it, you could leave it for few hours and wax would be solidified on the top of honey :)

As a beekeeper, him boiling the honey hurts XD. Cheese cloth is a great way to filter if you don’t have a centrifuge.
Not only that, it breaks down enzymes and protiens. So when you boil the honey you are taking away many of its medicinal properties.
