Definitely the most rear wheel chunk jobs I've seen from Dale. From the first feature, when he slammed into the rocks off that tree, I knew the bikes were in for a beating.
Those are some intense trails. The “what is this line?” portion at 8:55 looks terrifying with that super steep roll, immediate right hander to bridge and drop. Wow. Good on all y’all.
VanCan I miss your how to videos, something ive been struggling with is keeping up with my friends who all ride 29ers. A cool video would be tips on how to ride faster/more efficient on 27.5, just a thought even though I'm sure the skills are transferable.
Wow wild cherry No wonder is the only triple black on the Shore at 10:26 and 10:46 Oh Dave lines because he’s probably the only one crazy enough to do them lol
So I’ve been watching you switch between the Tyaughton, the Warden and the Chicotin and you seem rather at ease which got me to wondering since I know your contact points are probably identical how similar the geometry is across the three bikes?
Awesome trail. North shore of.....? I'm originally from MN and we refer to the "north shore" as along lake Superior, but I'm guessing there may be more than one "north shore"....
24 FPS!? Maybe that's why it looks weird. Can we get 30 plz at least? I know that limits resolution, but 24 is just not enough to see all the little rocks and roots.
let's be honest. This is the only north shore triple black because the north shore riders down rate the trails. if you compare some other cypress trails to other double blacks in other places, half of the cypress trails would be 3 black! 😂
The first thing I thought was that the video has distortions and is jarring to look at. Thought GoPro really messed up their software. But it’s because you’re using an insta360…. I would stick with GoPro.
Coming from a novice rider, you guys are obviously very high level riders, but I always find it shocking that you wouldn't wear any pads on such high risk trails. Even the most skilled rider can get unlucky or make a mistake
Get an Insta360 X3 here! bit.ly/My-Camera
"Not too bad" as he rides a literal cliff
You know it's insane when even with "GoPro effect" it still looks crazy steep.
The insta 360 actually has an opposite GoPro effect on some of these features, it looks mellower in person
Definitely the most rear wheel chunk jobs I've seen from Dale. From the first feature, when he slammed into the rocks off that tree, I knew the bikes were in for a beating.
I love it when you 3 ride together. I know I've got 2 more videos to look forward to!

i love how this kind of mtb is just "oh look a wall of rock, I wanna ride down it on my bike", hoping to get as good as you guys one day! mad respect
It's always a good time riding vicariously through Nick! Great vid!
Sick riding man, some of the bigger and cooler features ive seen you hit. Making it look easy man
So, marketing/branding thought: You guys could be the "3(60) amigos!!!"
"Dave, Dave & Nick, are you also called Dave?"
At a certain point it’s not even a trail it’s just riding in the wild woods. Great video.
You guys are on another level. 👏
Great job on pushing through your logic and fear. Great riding brother.
Absolutely breathtaking

Maybe just get a 29'er. Or an e-bike, lol.
rad brah
been here since 2018 and still a huge fan!
Looks like we need to find a quadruple black next. 😈
Time to come ride some of the stuff in Mont Sainte Anne :P
Thanks for making my hands sweat for 12 straight minutes.
Wild Cherry is the only Triple Back... so the second trail must be 4x Black.
Prime Lairy zone for sure !
Wow wild cherry No wonder is the only triple black on the Shore at 10:26 and 10:46 Oh Dave lines because he’s probably the only one crazy enough to do them lol
This is gnarly
I pride myself in thinking that I'd probably be able to ride like a third of the bits *between* the actual features
Me too… that’s my hope anyway!
I fixed up the cherry popper entrance. It had become a pedal catcher and nearly took out a number of riders.
Thank you! 🙂
Loving your work up on Cypress, thank you!!
@@ddangerousddave No problem. I think you will like our new project. Coming soon...
crazy trails!
Super chunky! Awesome riding!
Riding looks awesome over there
That was some crazy stuff.
Just bought an X3 from your link, thanks for the selfie stick Nic😁
Thanks 🙏
Woooahhhhpfffffff, that's proper steep! O_o Well done!
above my pay grade!
great stuff, as always!
I want to see someone ride this trail on a 90's mtb. 😮
Yeah with a whopping 100 mm of travel and vbrakes!
Does Flying Circus still exist? That was mental!
No :(
@VanCan Me and my mate hit it once and were truly frightened. We rode all three hills 3-5 times a week over several years, and that one beat us.
I will never relate to 'what is this line' and then .5 seconds later drops in.
Wow. Those jung gun riders will hit 5x 💎 soon 🤓
It do go down
Can you link to the dead cat you’re using for your mic cover?
‘So Sketchy’ name of my new band! Or a new mtb trail😂
A new MTB trail name along with "whoa, what in the?"
Absolute madmen😎
Are you using a fox mudguard on your zebb?
Could u drop a tutorial on how u reframe ur 360 video cause I have the one rs and my mtb clips look really bad
this is mtb p*rn. thanks for the great video. really enjoyed watching it
Good job!
Id face brake in every single fkin corner dude. Thats insane
How do you find the new proframe? Any issues with it?
This is what full susp bikes were made for.
Do people from the Midwest watch this stuff and just shit their pants?
amazing. SUBSCRIBED!
So I’ve been watching you switch between the Tyaughton, the Warden and the Chicotin and you seem rather at ease which got me to wondering since I know your contact points are probably identical how similar the geometry is across the three bikes?
Geometry is more playful on the warden and even the Tyaughton. The Chilcotin is a bit slacker and longer.
Terrifying
This is what the shore is all about, steep, skinny, roots, drops, not groomed Flo trails
Freaking scary, and you seemed cool as a clam, Van can?
After that what is left to conquer?
Why do you only record in 24fps? I feel like this would look sick in 60
I put a triple black sticker on the side of the Willis Tower in Chicago. Good luck VanCan!
How do you edit your videos? That's always been my problem with 360 cams. Such a pain
I use the desktop app and the direction lock - pretty easy!
half these features wouldve crushed the EVIL LMAO
Do you use the single lens mode for all your videos?
This one is 360
What about Brutus. And maybe 5th horseman
Brutus doesn’t count as a whole trial 😝
5th is labeled double black.
@@VanCan ya, I guess
Any other triple blacks in the region
Awesome trail. North shore of.....? I'm originally from MN and we refer to the "north shore" as along lake Superior, but I'm guessing there may be more than one "north shore"....
Vancouver, BC
And where exactly is this?
Cypress mountain , north van
Nope.. that trail is a hope for me…
The footage is cool but the audio sounds kinda funky

North Shore effect for sure. So many of our Single blacks would be double blacks in a lot of places
North shore Lake Tahoe?
Lake Tahoe 😂
You live in a cave

Not a fan at all of the new cameras, at least in their fisheye mode. No way to tell what the terrain is really like. Please, flat field!!
4th❤
2:36 Porche 911 🤤
How are you not dead?
Coming from a novice rider, you guys are obviously very high level riders, but I always find it shocking that you wouldn't wear any pads on such high risk trails. Even the most skilled rider can get unlucky or make a mistake
So…If i ride a bike down a set of football stadium bleachers, is that triple black?
Not a fan of your new camera. its kind of a fish bowl look.
there is no place like this in the "North Shore", probably a diff. "North Shore" not in Long Island.
North Shore of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
No this Long Island. It’s just a secret Mountain not many people know about.
@@ervin7178 it’s cypress mountain
You obviously don't MTB
