- In todays video, we went to TJ MAXX to shop for makeup! My palette was sold there and caused a lot of drama online, so I wanted to talk about it, and see if I could put together a great full face of makeup with some bargain sale products. Enjoy!!

I say that because he’s said it before he literally loves Peter Thomas Roth and because of him I bought the skin care products & they changed my skin, the only thing is that they’re pricey. It’s why I say it’s working it’s magic, they made my skin glossy & soft!

You should do a full face of glossier, they’re natural looking and simple while you usually go for a more glam look

I hope he does more of these from Ross, TJ Maxx and Marshall’s in the future and I don’t know why he doesn’t review drugstore makeup but every blue moon when he even represented some brands. I know why, but he should put his crown and golden slipper down and review drugstore products periodically, seeing that 95% of his audience purchases mostly drugstore items.

Honestly me as a MUA for 7 years I LOVEEEE shopping at tjmaxx/Marshall’s makeup! Everything I didn’t wanna spend full price for when it first came out I get it there for half the price!! And NOT expired ❤
i would like to add that your pallet being at discount stores allows for SO MANY more people to get their hands on it who maybe couldn’t afford it at full price
I work for TJ Maxx. I completely agree with you about products like your eyeshadow palette being in our store.
I have a degree in fashion, and also worked at Levi’s corporate and I’ve learned the reasoning why items ends up being in stores like my store.
A lot of people definitely needs to learn more about the retail industry instead of just making assumptions.

James! I know some of your critiques of the products in this vid was that the products were low coverage, but maybe an idea for a video is a low coverage look? Maybe a really creative makeup design that doesn't necessarily require heavy foundation? Or an every day make up routine with low/medium coverage so that you can rec some brands best for people who don't wear such heavy foundation? For instance, I love doing pretty looks with glitter and colors but heavy makeup makes me break out, so maybe you can explore this 💕

Hi James... OMG I LOVE this video. I love shopping at TjMaxx for makeup. Lately at mine I have seen lots of Kevin Aucoin, Nars, Sephora, Morphe (😳🤣), Fente, Jaclyn Hill, KVD, and other high end products!!! Last year I bought your GORGEOUS palette there as well and I LOVE IT so I'm soooo happy you said what you did about it. Like you mentioned, ALOT of people think cuz its sold there its outdated but I have NEVER had a problem using any of the stuff I buy there. One thing though, IF I do buy an eye shadow palette, I make sure to take it out of its packaging and open it up first to make sure it's not broken. The look you did is beautiful!!!
