16:50 I think you flip wrong space. That space attacked into Brussels space. Now you fight and tak losses with german in Kobienz against french in Sedan..
Have you played the wargameroom.com program? It's a great way to learn as it won't let you make rules mistakes. It's very ugly, but very useful when learning!

I think it does the GOA automictically. Then you just draw 7 cards. Great video by the way

Per 16.1.3.1 "When the Central Powers War Commitment Level increases to Limited War, Turkey enters the war on the Central Powers side."
Could be cool to see some games against another player at some point.

Two units in the same space can be activated to attack different areas. So I had one German army going west, the other going south.
