Poor Johnny. Hope it heals nicely. Cake sorts everything! I’ve always made my sponge cakes using the eggs as a measure - foolproof cos I ain’t no baker or cook! Will be a shame when we run in to October and no daily vlogs to look forward to with our knitting and coffee 😕. Thanks again 🥰

The cake recipe sounds simple and looks yummy, I’d have to add some flavour though, vanilla,rum, anise, lemon , cinnamon, just some taste. What upsets me is I can’t get the UK channels, I’d love to watch so many shows but can’t get them, Bake off, the sewing and pottery challenges, Strictly( I can see the dances on Utube but not the coaches comments or the scores, I usually beg someone to post the scores) , Celebrity Big Brother was a favourite that I could just see the end of week recap and the talk after. I can get Landscape artist and the Portrait one and I enjoy them. Even with VPN I can’t get them.
