When you're unable to reach your feet to care for heel fissures, calluses, and dry skin, there are a few alternative methods you can try:
Use a Long-Handled Tool: Consider using a long-handled pumice stone or foot file to exfoliate calluses and dry skin. These tools are designed to help you reach your feet more easily.
Moisturizing Socks: Apply a moisturizing cream or ointment to your feet and then wear moisturizing socks. These socks are designed to keep the moisturizer in contact with your skin, helping to soften dry skin and calluses.
Assistance from a Caregiver: If possible, seek assistance from a caregiver or family member who can help with foot care. They can gently exfoliate calluses and apply moisturizer on your behalf.
Professional Foot Care: Consider visiting a podiatrist or foot care professional who can provide treatments and advice for foot care.
Remember to consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice based on your specific needs.

It's a blessing to have a doctor like this who really cares for people suffering with these types of issues.
I guess he asks a fee for what he's doing.
Why is he a blessing ? The toilet cleaning maid isn't a blessing ?
Bad reviews aren't worth answering
Losers need to be called out and made to look like the fool that they are!@@rebecca.ljuarez3477
@@MarioRossi-sh4uk Please refrain from making negative comments. Of course this doctor charges a fee for his services. He went to college to learn this skill,
and he deserves to get paid for his services!!
I'll tell you why it's a blessing that he collects a fee anyway. Because there are many doctors who collect a fee and they don't treat their patients like they're worth the spit on the bottom of their shoe.
This man treats his patients like they're worthy human beings and that alone is a blessing and he does a good job. It's called humanity!
Thank God for your patience Dr. Jefferson. Not all practitioners would have taken the time to do intense treatment like that. I appreciate your respectful demeanor toward all your patients.
Because of videos like this, I scrub my feet in the shower to get that skin buildup under control. Still got all my toes!
Yes! But just soaking feet will let skin cells shed. Besides, soaking feet feels so good.
Yes, I use a pumice stone while in the show to keep my feet smooth. Then I put Vaseline on my feet with socks at night.
The patient is probably too obese to bend down.
How do you even walk without toes, let alone the front of your foot?
Because of these videos I started putting lotion on my feet even though I don’t have any issues with my feet.
I am a certified foot care nurse and nurse practitioner. I can appreciate the labor intensity of this kind of treatment! Just from the background sounds it sounds like this gentleman is not in good health. What a difference it makes in someone’s life to have their feet feeling good! Well done Doc.
Why not change your profession? This job is gross.
@@SorakaOTP462 because he obviously has a heart with compassion and humbly helps ppl in situations who need that level of care. I hope you keep that same energy when it comes to your loved ones or if you ever find yourself in a position needing someone with compassion to care for you.
The noises this man was making sound like the soundtrack from a “sexual encounter”. I don’t know how the doctor listened to that. I would have asked the patient to tone it down as the heavy breathing and noises were really disturbing and uncomfortable to listen to. I’ll never understand why people let things get to a point like this. It’s not that hard to sit down and lift one leg and put your foot on the knee of your other leg and take care of your feet. People can do this weekly. I don’t know how this doctor deals with these people. He’s a better person than I am. His cases are truly disgusting 🤢
@@donnafox2069
He is not as disgusting as your comment 😢
What is wrong with you people where is your compassion?? This man is not healthy and from the looks of his feet ....He probably doesn't have anyone to care for him😢
you sound extremely ignorant and uneducated about the world around you and others.@@donnafox2069
The satisfaction of seeing the dry skin slide off his foot. Great Job Doc!
I have had cracked heels and one crack is so so painful, my heart goes out to this man. I hear his breathing and can tell this is not a pleasant experience for him. Thank you doctor, for being so thorough and compassionate at the same time.
I do hope ALL the care givers see this and understand the importance of taking care of their loved ones feet be daily Look! 😢

It's sad to see so many people with serious food issues. Glad there are Doctors who can help these folks feel better and maintain foot health. You sure are skillful with that little knife !
He definitely is. It's called a scalpel btw😊
food? this video has nothing to do with food
I believe she was talking about diabetes and the doctor does deal with a lot of diabetic patients. God bless

Great job. Some people are not able to reach their feet. Thank God for Doctors like you.
We know you love taking care of your patients. Thanks for being that beacon of wisdom that they need
It's definitely the fissures the gentleman needs to watch - I've had a couple of infected ones and they are not fun. Good work Dr Jefferson as always and Happy New Year!
Fissures look like they would be so painful 😢. I hope your feet are better now.
I appreciate videos like this. The man's breathing triggered my asthma in sympathy. Had to turn the volume down. Sure hope he felt better, especially after the foot cream.
That poor man. His feet were terrible. I’m so glad he made it to the doctor.
Doctor Jefferson, I applaud you for making your patients comfortable and explaining to them exactly what you're doing. You make everyone comfortable when they get there no matter how sever their foot issue is. God Bless you Sir and Happy New Year!!🎉
Does he have COPD? Sounds like he's having trouble breathing

Dr Jefferson, you have compassion for youre patients, so glad you made his feet so much better!
I try to catch things with my body in the early stages. When things get bad, we make it so much harder on ourselves. Not only that, we could also put ourselves in a dangerous situation. Sending prayers up for him that he can get his breathing under control bless his heart. To Dr. Jefferson-extended family everyone eles on UA-cam. May you all have a very happy New Year 2024! You are the samurai blade man! You care so much for your patients ❤
Hi everyone. 6 months ago I ruptured 3 lumbar discs. At its worst, I could not reach my feet without excruciating pain. I was actually nervous about potential problems so I always made sure to keep my feet cared for. I understand that some people’s health or other conditions may not allow them to avoid situations like this, though.
I appreciate this doctor and the care he gives his patients.
Wishing everyone a blessed and happy new year. ♥️
I so appreciate this doctor's professionalism! He treats all of his patients with respect and near kinship, regardless of the condition of their feet!
Doc you really earned your money today with this client. Huffing and puffing was really giving your body a workout.Thank God you have the skills, patience and training to continue doing what you do for these lost toes who get lost from neglect or poor health.
I thought that was the patient!
Yeah I thought it was the patient too
That’s the patient huffing and puffing man has other issues than just the dry skin on his feet!
Not Dr. Patient
@@JOE-on4pi tomatoe tomato, you have your opinion and l have mines.
You have the patience of a saint! Dealing with what’s not easy on those feet, his breathing which is pretty loud 😂 , and then the other person in that room not putting their phone in silent and messaging with that noise going! I would of been pulling my hair out. 😂😂😂😂
That’s the patient on the phone

After each bath, rub your dry bath towel between your toes and under your feet. You can actually see the dead skin cells rolling off. I grab a pumice stone and get busy every night after bathing to keep my feet smooth, then greased them down with Ghanaian organic shea butter, then put on cotton socks. Very satisfying video Doc per usual. 🖤
Again, another excellent video that shows how thorough the doctor is treating his patients. He does a full job in correcting feet issues. If only patients would listen to the doctor when given advice on foot care! Great job doc 🌹🌹
I don't know why your patient's feet were in that shape...I can barely imagine how uncomfortable this was for him. I'm so happy that you were able to help him...absolutely amazing! Thank you to you and your patients...awesome channel
I can just about imagine why the man is obese and he probably can't reach his feet to take care of them if he doesn't start to take care of his health and keep his feet washed and toes clipped then he's going to have the same problems over and over 🤔
You, dear doctor, are absolutely the best. I really admire your work ethic, your compassion, your commitment to the whole person, and love the fact you love your job. Happy New Year to you, your family and your staff. May God bless you greatly in 2024. To everyone watching this video too. 😊❤

Wow. Your hands must of hurt after this. His feet looked so good after you were done. I really hope he comes back in a month so he keeps them looking good and healthy.
Dr. Jefferson. You worked them feet. I love how you take your time to get all that dead skin off then come back and moisturize them. All while explaining to them on what to do or not to do. We need more MD’s like you that take pride in their work no matter who’s the patient. Kudos! ❤
Keep up the amazing work Dr. Jefferson ✌🏾💛
The care and attention you give, and compassion you have for your patients is astounding and wonderful.❤

I Know the patient appreciates what you have done for him! What do I say? Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! ❤
Amazing job and I know the massage with the Shea butter was a bonus after the clippings, shaving the dead skin and the drilling. I know you were finished for the day after this patient, your hand had to ache.
This needed to be done. Awesome job Doc! I’m glad he lives close to your office!
Thanks Doc for helping this man . I wish he could have seen you when his problems started . His breathing is so sad .❤
Hi from across the pond x
You are such a kind and wonderful doctor, this poor patient has really hard calluses along with fissures which are really thick. He is so fortunate to have you as his foot doctor. I wonder how long this poor man has had this build up, he must have been so uncomfortable.
You are very thorough in their care, and along with this he seems to have some breathing difficulties.
I love the way you explain the treatment that you have done during this appointment, but you have also explained what he needs to do at home. To be ready for his next appointment with you.
Sir, you are such a kind soul in helping people who need you the most.
Total Respect x
Thank you Doc Jefferson. Us old real nurses appreciate to see someone taking care and patience.
Thanks Dr Jefferson for your hard work and the caring disposition you show to your patients. I'm looking at my feet after viewing this post.
Thank you Dr. for being so caring and helpful! Great work. ❤️
Excellent work as usual! 😊
These videos are why I take my elderly mother to get a pedicure and after every shower I dry her feet well and apply lotion.
Stop worrying about his breathing. He's with a professional and I'm sure the doc will guide him in the right direction moving forward on the cate of his feet and having his breathing addressed. Folk always have something negative to say click off or hit mute.
He is overweight and needs to watch the crap he eats
Wow! What relief he must be feeling!
Dr. Jefferson, you are a BEAST with that blade.
Your gentleness and compassion demonstrates your gifts as a blessing to others
That breathing though…

I usually watch these at night to drift to sleep. When the patient falls asleep and snores it defeats my purpose of wearing headphones at night so I don't hear my own husband snore 😂. But great job, you really helped this patient out and I bet he feels so much better

Great job Dr. Jefferson 😊
Dr. Jefferson, I wish all podiatrists were 1/2 as committed as you. I have lymphedema and I got a streptococcus infection on both of my legs. My feet & legs were so swollen and hurt/itched/burned 24/7. Of course, my Dr. gave me the wrong antibiotic (twice!) and then sent me to the podiatrist for my feet. They didn't even do an ankle-brachial index test & would not even cut my toe nails let alone put cream on my feet or suggest a brand of cream to me. Then they sent me to wound care for my legs and they just wrapped them and sent me home. It was only at the beginning of the 3rd (yes, third!) YEAR that a temp Dr. finally noticed that I was not given the correct antibiotic for the streptococcus. My legs are finally healing but I still can't find anyone to clip my toe nails (all the salons turn me away because of how my legs look). 🙁
Thank you for being so dedicated and kind to your patients. I've learned so much from your videos. I hope you have a happy & prosperous New Year.

What a fantastic job, Doc. God bless you.
Oh my this is a horrible task. So many people can not get rides to a podiatrist and then this condition only gets worse.
Dr. Jefferson, have you ever been curious about or thought of using the chisel style scapel used in many of the foot videos from Asia?
