Hey guys how about answering the question of how are you supposed to even get this door open or door panel off to start working on it, if the door doesn't open?
There is some cases where the door will open from the outside not the inside. So I’m this case he just opens the door from the outside of the car. And start working on the car. In the case that the door doesn’t open from either side most time you have to either forcibly pop the top clips of door panel to then access outer door handle from inside the door. Or some cars you can get through the backseat with some whole in the frame of the car leading to bolts.
Please I need some guidance on how do i get the left front master window control panel harness replaced. damaged it by accident. need to buy the entire harness and guidance to install it...please any help is a blessing
This problem happened with my e92 door only in the winter. The handle door inner comes out and won't be back, and the door won't open! Until the car has been warm, then the handle back in the rest. Where is the problem? ( I have used DW-40 on components and doesn't work)
I have a 1998 740i my drivers door won’t open at all. The door lock work fine, how won’t I be able to remove the door panel with the door closed? Thank you Steve

@@Ouaziz186 if I'm. Honest I still have no idea I took off the panel and I messed around with the wire where it attaches to the actual lock and wiggled it about and it opened
Hello, I own a e39 98 and everything works good but the 2 front doors don’t open from the inside after I close them? I never owned a bmw before. The lock moves up and down when unlocked and locked but unlocked I can’t open it. Plz hlp
Clearly Auto Repair Guys don’t read comments. Door doesn’t open from inside or out, how do you remove panel with door closed. Door does not open from outside either!
Is there a way to troubleshoot if it does not open from the exterior door handle drivers door on an E46? All the other buttons work electronically up and down but the outer door handle doesn't. It's just like it's not connected to anything anymore.

Jason Rauschelbach I think you’d either need a locksmith to get it open, or smash up the door card with the door closed.
