When I was in middle school, circa 2005, my homie brought me to Sheep Hills when we were young enough to be riding 16/18” bikes. Place was awesome. Sent some sketchy lines there.
I love this guy. An older rider who rips. I haven't ridden since the early 90s and I'm in awe at these guys. I still love the sport and follow its progression. Amazing.
_all I can say is that, when you learn to do them, don't go at it all half ass. Some people do little tiny no foot cans where their foot goes 6 inches over the top tube. It's actually easier in a sense when you throw it in a hugely fashion. but then again -- I don't know -- how many kids in this era learn to do all their tricks and foam pits? I'm 39, so lol. Good luck dudes!_ _the key is keeping your center of gravity in the middle of the bike with your hips/pelvis. I wouldn't compare it to a no footer at all. It's a TOTALLY different feel. Also, brodude rides left pedal forward and throws the no-footed can to the left, which is goofy. Not a very informative tut_
Goofy or not, you throw them the way you can(can) lol .. it's called freestyle riding for a reason..!! I'm left forward but rotate left and do nacs and cans with my back (right) foot.. 🤷🏼
love huckers energy and enthusiasm. so rad.
Nice tips. Btw can do it if small gap double?

no footed can cans at sheep hills are as timeless as bmx gets. This is cool on several levels.
